Kung pao tofu was only tofu and peanuts and the sauce was sweet. I have never in my life had sweet Kung Pao. Most overrated Chinese restaurant in town, in my opinion.

A neighborhood gem! We’ve been coming here for many years and it never disappoints. The food is always delicious, and the staff are some of the kindest people you’ll meet. Highly recommend!

We have been coming here now for a few months and food is consistently really good. Fresh. Tasty. We’ve had the cashew chicken and kung pao shrimp. Super good. Have never eaten there rather took home as it’s cold and not real comfy in restaurant… rather relax at home. This is our go to place for Chinese locally. Super friendly and kind at register and restaurant is clean. Can’t ask for more.

I've found it impossible so far to find good Chinese food in this area. The hunt continues, but I'll stop by here every couple of months for the take out basics - chicken look mein, pork fried rice, beef and vegetables, egg drop soup. I get my MSG fix and since left overs.

Love hot and sour soup, but it is a hit or miss here.

I don't know if the egg roll I found in my bag came with the order or not, but either way it made my night. Also the chicken scallion is really good.

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. I’ve eaten at a lot of Asian restaurants in the Triangle area and in San Jose, CA and the food here is absolutely top notch. I would drive out of my way to get it. Also the staff is friendly and professional. I have nothing but respect for the way they run their business, the staff and especially the kitchen.

Used to enjoy it here, the quality has deteriorated. I ordered orange chicken and all white chicken general Tso’s and it was all batter and tiny pieces of chicken, luke warm and didn’t seem fresh. Waste of money

One of my favorite Chinese restaurants. It’s a little pricier and I hate the extra charge if you use a card but love the food and service

I got 2 plates and 2 sides, and got charged $48 dollars! That’s ridiculous! they also charge a 2.8% for card payments! Absolutely ridiculous! Still havent even got my food and i feel buyer’s remorse!! Dont come here unless you wanna get completely robbed!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Hong Kong Restaurant
I had a wonderful experience dining at Hong Kong! The staff, especially the lady who served us, was warm, kind, and respectful, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The food was cooked perfectly — I ordered the coconut shrimp, and it was absolutely delicious with the perfect balance of sweetness and flavor. My boyfriend had the General Tso’s chicken, which was crisp on the outside and tender inside, just the way it should be. Overall, great service, great food, and a pleasant atmosphere. Definitely a spot worth revisiting!
