If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Jeremiah’s Italian Ice is an gem! The staff is always super friendly and patient, even when I’m taking forever to pick from all the amazing flavors. Whether it’s a hot summer day or just a craving that hits, Jeremiah’s never disappoints. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a sweet treat that’s both refreshing and unforgettable!

Amazing! The flavors are fantastic and the quality is great. Super customizable and the freeze dried Skittles were pleasantly fun. I wish this was a little closer to north Raleigh so I would love another location. You can't beat the options here and it travels pretty well if you need to take it home or have it delivered. The jelatis are the best.

Placed a DoorDash and received the incorrect order, however I called and they were so amazing with correcting my order. The owner even brought me my correct order and made my night! Also, the orange and vanilla jelati is SOOO good! Love this place.

The treats are delish with an ever changing menu, but always top notch! Service is quick and friendly and even thoughtful. The dining room is always clean. Very impressed. After multiple visits, the experience is always consistent.

I’ve had Jeremiah’s many times and the customer service is one of the best I’ve experienced (not to mention their ice cream is also amazing). Tonight I ordered delivery, could’ve sworn my order was wrong, called and spoke to a young man who put me in contact with the owner - Lauren offered to remake the ice cream and hand deliver it to my house even when we determined I might have been mistaken. Lauren and all the workers are extremely nice, professional, and clearly care about their customers big time. Highly recommend!!

Parking: This is a busy location with lots of restaurants, it can sometimes be a challenge to find parking.
