Jersey Mike's Subs

I placed a to go order from Jersey Mike around 3 o' clock today and i went in to pick it up. Before I could say a word the cashier that was there looked at me like I was the enemy and started barking order directing me to the other end. I said excuse me, he gaved me the most sinter look and said I said it was on the other end. No customer service skills at all. I have visited there numerous times and always had a great experience until today. Never have I been spoken to or gazed at as I was today.

I go here everyday just about for lunch, staff is always amazing, 300 points for Taylor making this picturesque No.26 I like to get with CPR. 10/10, forever loyal, but will lose my mind if they ever run out of CPR 🌶️

I paid 20 for a giant sub tht had mustard on it. I did not ask for mustard and actually hate mustard with a passion.

Just got my order of 3 giant subs and 2 of them have super hard bread (didn't ask for stale bread) and they hardly put any meat on the super sub!! Ridiculous!

Sharing a review specifically for Sean, the General Manager of the Wake Forest location

I came in during the dinner rush while all employees were juggling online and in-person orders. I have both an allergy to gluten and dairy, and had also made a mistake in my online order. Amidst the chaos of the dinner rush, Sean was calm and collected, and communicated kindly that he would check the status of my sandwich, and personally made the desired change when he saw it hadn’t been made yet. This was while still serving the needs of the customers in line.
He continued to go above and beyond in making sure that I did not experience cross contamination or exposure to allergens, even remaking my sandwich immediately upon realizing that cheese had mistakenly been added.
Throughout the interaction, he was extremely quick and efficient while also providing a customer service experience that never once made my allergies or complicated order feel like an inconvenience. He remained kind, calm in a chaotic environment, and attentive to the needs of employees and customers around him.

So usually I go to this location quite often and it’s usually good. When I was getting my online order and got home, my bread was extremely hard the taste was good but the bread ruined it. In my opinion the sub shouldn’t have been made if they knew it was that hard.

I had a good cheesesteak here, though it wasn't exceptional. On Sunday around 7:30 PM, there was no line, and the service was fast. However, the staff could be more welcoming but the prices are reasonable. There's plenty of parking available, and they accept credit cards.
