Jersey Mike's Subs

Placed a order for pick up on Saturday night and as i was entering the establishment a young caucasian lady was behind me so I held the door open for her. As I approached to pick my order up this caucasian young lady with several black piercings her nose and lip spoke but overlooked me and asked the young lady I had held the door open which was behind me " could she help" her. Naturally, I said something and she looked at me like I had two heads and didn't say anything. Her co-workers just looked and I guess this is something that happens all the time. Disrepect. No common courtesy. Well it want happen again because I never intend on this location to never get another dime from me.

Nothing like placing an online order, picking it up, bringing it home and it's 100% wrong. I USED to love Jersey Mike's. Not anymore. My husband took the order and went back to have them make it right. We probably won't see him for an hour now cuz of how long it takes them to make a few sandwiches. If one topping was missing, ok fine whatever but I order 3 sandwiches and all 3 were done completely wrong. I will not allow them to take my money for this blazen disregard of making the sandwiches the way it was requested. You all need to do a better job of training your employees or pay them more cuz they obviously don't get paid enough to give a damn about doing their job well. If I did my job the way the employees here do I'd have been fired long ago.

I have read some of the other reviews and it appears my experience is normal for this location.
Unfortunately, Customer Service must be a thing in the past. I clearly understand that the work force here is younger but they only treat customers they why they are allowed to treat customers. Nothing like paying for your order and the rude associate just walks off ! Not a here is your receipt, not a thank you, and not a come back soon…. Nope nothing. I had to stand there to wait for another associate to come over and she ask me “ do you still need to pay ?” I kindly replied, no, I am just waiting on my receipt.
Poor service seems to be a normal thing here as this is my third experience at this location with POOR service !

Ive been coming here for the past 3 years and I can say the entire stafe is wonderful. Tessa and Danna make the best sandwiches. Sean the manager and Alex his assistant manager are very polite and funny.

Used to visit 2-3 times weekly. Drastic decline. Last two visits they were out of ingredients- lettuce, cheese, onions. Service is slow, people don't seem to care. Sad to see.

We came here today to get subs. Then when the crew asked if we were buying chips, the young girl at the counter said that we were too cheap to buy chips. I think it's counter intuitive to call customers cheap. Rude, would not recommend this location. They definitely don't seem to want to keep their customers.

I have never been to a Jersey Mike’s that was dirty but the Wake Forest location was filthy when we went into it. The glass guard had what looked like oil dripping on the outside of it, the line where sandwiches were being made looked like it had not been cleaned at all and even where they checked people out the counter was filthy. I almost walked out after seeing the condition of the store and my 12 year old said she didn’t even want to eat her sandwich because of how dirty it was.
