We came here today to get subs. Then when the crew asked if we were buying chips, the young girl at the counter said that we were too cheap to buy chips. I think it's counter intuitive to call customers cheap. Rude, would not recommend this location. They definitely don't seem to want to keep their customers.

I have never been to a Jersey Mike’s that was dirty but the Wake Forest location was filthy when we went into it. The glass guard had what looked like oil dripping on the outside of it, the line where sandwiches were being made looked like it had not been cleaned at all and even where they checked people out the counter was filthy. I almost walked out after seeing the condition of the store and my 12 year old said she didn’t even want to eat her sandwich because of how dirty it was.

Another poor experience. The black lady working on Saturday at 130pm slammed her hand on the Epson printer when the online order was printing. I guess she does not know that order paid part of her salary. The big white lady running the register had NO personality. I waited 25 min for number 44 with no one in front of me. My girlfriend ate alone because I did not want her sandwich to get cold. The young white lady slicing the meat was not a happy camper. She talked about her 3pm break. The gentleman with the bicep tattoo, who appeared to he incharge kept his back towards the counter so he could not see everything falling apart. This is my second and LAST time at this Jersey Mike's. Good luck owners.

A bit slow, but still high quality subs.

The most depressing cheesesteak of my life for $14. Same size as my sunglasses case and almost no cheese.

While I understand that an online order has its place in line I find it strange that when I'm the only person waiting in the store for my single sandwich, that the online order of 4 sandwiches would be prepared ahead of mine.

Food is always great. Unfortunately someone grabbed my pickup order that wasn't me but they made it right.

Placed a catering order for 24 subs. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, the subs were ready on time, and they took the time to label everything and make sure I had all the condiments etc that I needed before I left. The subs were a hit and we will definitely order again! Kudos for not only great food but great service as well.

Employee was rude, by rolling her eyes about me telling her about my sub being wrong.

I would literally drink that juice. 🫒
