hit or miss with online orders - seems to be a common occurrence here that hasn’t been solved. As a woman in cyber sales, take your customer service seriously. It’s not hard to train high school kids to monitor the online ordering system. I shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes after my scheduled pick up order and see 5 people get served in front of me… doesn’t that defeat the purpose?
Oh and teach them how to greet people when you walk in the door! A simple smile and hello goes a long way ;)
Otherwise food is good and I love jersey mikes!

I placed my order online and it said that it would be ready at 5:59pm. I arrived on time and they had not started on my order which was 3 sandwiches. After waiting for almost 20 minutes and asking about my order multiple times they finally told me it was ready.
I watched 5 different people come in with multiple orders and receive their food while I waited. The gentleman told me that someone had taken my order and they had to reprint my ticket. That was not true at all because upon arrival another employee pointed to my ticket and said they would start on it “in a little bit”.
I have been there about 6 times and my order has never been ready when it was supposed to be.

Preordered 2 subs through the app at this location and arrived three minutes before they were supposed to be finished. I was not greeted at all at the store, nor was I asked what my name was. I sat around for twenty minutes waiting for my order to be placed in the pick-up/online section. After twenty minutes, I finally flagged someone down and asked if they had my order anywhere in their system. The employee looked around, I finally found it behind the counter. It had been ready for the past 20 minutes. It was just not completed in placed out anywhere to grab and go.

Served me a Perfect amount of everything I ordered. I usually rate Jersey Mike’s a four star, but this one is a five. I like big subs and I cannot lie. I am nine years old and I love Jersey Mike’s.

I have always love Jersey Mikes but this location is consistently terrible. Slow service, always out of something, incorrect orders, etc… Im here waiting on a hot sub for over 30 minutes. They were kind of busy when I got here so normally that’s expected. However I have watched a stream of people walk back in the door with wrong orders so there is a lot being made twice further slowing things down. I am very rarely motivated to write a bad review but the last 5 or 6 times I have been here it’s always the same. Not recommended, drive to another location if you need your fix.

Very disappointing experience today at this Jersey Mike’s location. We placed a very basic online order for 2 subs. Arrived at the pick up time and still waited an extra 30 minutes for our order. On top of the additional wait time, our order was incorrect. I came online to write a review and am now seeing dozens of recent reviews with similar feedback. The owner is responding to reviews, but it seems no action been taken as the service remains the same. This will be our last time using this location and would advise neighbors to avoid.

I come to this jersey mikes fairly often. It’s close to my house, the staff is friendly, and the food is fresh. I am writing this review because today (6/19/2025) the store must have gotten a last minute giant catering order that caused delays for the rest of the store. It happens- and to see the employees working their BUTTS off was amazing. What I couldn’t believe was the attitude of the wake forest residents who were rude, condescending, and inpatient. The employees were doing their absolute best, and shouldn’t have to put up with people like that. So shoutout to the staff and the manager who was literally working non- stop. Wake forest residents- do better!

The sub was good…. I understand tickets get misplaced when it’s busy waited over 45 minutes for one sub…. Didn’t say a word but no apology for the wait and proceed to place the bag on the rack instead of calling me by name disappointed.. I will have to now drive to the other jersey mikes

LONG wait, wrong order ,poor service. This location continues to disappoint. This location is giving JM a bad rep. I understand they get busy, but it shouldn’t take 1 hour to fill an online order for two sandwiches , and then the whole order is wrong and under proportionate. Meanwhile they serve the walk-ins and they’re out of there in 10 minutes. IMO it’s poor management and poor ownership. Pay attention to your busy times and staff accordingly. I tried to give this location several chances, but I’ll never return.

Placed an online order, had a 30 minutes wait to pick it up, which is ridiculous for a sub. Then I get there and no sandwiches have been made. They informed me in the restaurant they hadn't tried to make my order yet because they ran out of white bread, at lunch time, and they were asking people what bread they wanted their sandwich on when they arrived--which they never did when I gave them my name initially, so what was the 30 minute wait time about then??? Also about 20-30 bags sitting on the counter waiting to be filled. Unacceptable service.

I go to this location frequently and the staff is prompt and friendly! Sean/Shawn, the general manager, is a true front line worker and he's putting in the work with his staff. My order is always accurate and the food is always good, hence why this is my go to lunch spot during the work week
