We waited about 10-15 mins before someone said anything to us. They just kept looking at us.

Placed an online order, had a 30 minutes wait to pick it up, which is ridiculous for a sub. Then I get there and no sandwiches have been made. They informed me in the restaurant they hadn't tried to make my order yet because they ran out of white bread, at lunch time, and they were asking people what bread they wanted their sandwich on when they arrived--which they never did when I gave them my name initially, so what was the 30 minute wait time about then??? Also about 20-30 bags sitting on the counter waiting to be filled. Unacceptable service.

This is the best Jersey Mikes location hands down! Well organized, efficient, and quick. Food always tastes great. They’re the best!!!

I go to this location frequently and the staff is prompt and friendly! Sean/Shawn, the general manager, is a true front line worker and he's putting in the work with his staff. My order is always accurate and the food is always good, hence why this is my go to lunch spot during the work week

I've been to so many Jersey Mike's. (Seriously, the roast beef is roasted in house, and is delightfully on the rarer side)

This Jersey Mike's has been spot on! Don't get me started on their grill guy, Josh. Dude is methodical, and turns out some excellent Philly's.

Some Jersey Mike's are good, this one is great!

Vegetarian options: #14 the veggie sub (Swiss, provolone, and green peppers) and Jersey Mike's signature style,Mikes Way, is vegetarian.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread is available.

Kid-friendliness: They do kids subs, and have lots of options.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's a handicap spot within 20-30 feet of the entrance and a nicely graded ramp.

I always order the turkey provolone in a bowl it cost 4$ more and you can't use shore points to buy it. This evening I ordered ahead and was so disappointed because I asked for extra lettuce and didn't get it an they gave me half portions instead of the full it's supposed to I know what this salad weighs because I buy it all the time and this one was sorely lacking ?

Orders are usually wrong - especially the order I just received. I ordered a turkey - I received a salami with pickles. The place is run by young teenagers without supervision. They need some responsible adults to supervise the children.

Great to have a Jersey Mikes in our area. Service was extremely fast, which can be an issue with other locations and food was great!

I know you guys just opened, so I'll come back and try again, but our 3 to-go subs were pretty bad. It felt like there was an entire cup of "the juice" on each. The bread turned to mush, with a puddle of oil in the wrappers. Less is more!
