Had an awesome time this weekend celebrating with Kona Ice! Customer service was amazing, the truck was on time and the experience was GREAT! Huge thank you to Candace for the best service🎉

I am the Social Committee Chairperson for our community and booked Kona Ice of Western Wake to be at our neighborhood graduation event a couple weeks ago. They were great to work with and the staff who came were friendly, and fast! Highly recommend for your next event :-).

Just love Leigh and Andy of Kona Ice of Western Wake County! I volunteer with Read and Feed and for the past three years they have helped us celebrate at our end of year party with by donating their time and product for the children and tutors! Thank you Leigh and Andy for supporting Read and Feed and other non-profits in the Triangle.

Horrible experience. We reserved them for an event at our local high school. They showed up on time and as planned. They left hours early when it began to drizzle rain with NO notification to event organizer and no follow-up phone call. Our event continued and had 3000 spectators. Total and complete fail and will never have dealings with them again.

They put out a truck in front of Lowes in Garner. The truck employee was a zombie. If it wasn't free a few people may have ordered. Flavor was ok. Substandered. Thank goodness it was free. Won't order again.

Love Kona Ice! Peanut free, dairy free, gluten free. They are always on time, organized, and our clients love iced treat! Carina is awesome and easy to work with! Here is a pic from our last event!

Great place for a toddler party! We had our son's 3rd birthday party here and it was a huge hit. Richie and Michael were great hosts. They were very kind and accommodating to us and our guests. We felt right at home. Michael even played with the kids during free play on the inflatables. It was very clean, my son and his guests had a great time, and the Kona ice at the end was the perfect way to end a party. I'd highly recommend this place for parties.
