Shrinkflation! What a disappointment this place has been during the last few visits. The filling for their donuts has shrunk at least by half, if not less. At the same time they're cutting out some of the long-time favorite classic donuts, like old fashioned, cruellers, and lemons. Time to start buying regularly from the mom-and-pop donut shops, who fill donuts to customer satisfaction. Shame on you!

I picked up 2 dozen “Surprise Bags” using the TOO GOOD TO GO” App. Which helps stop food waste by allowing customers to buy food from participating restaurants at the end of their day, at discounted rates, rather than throwing away perfectly good food.

Every single time we go here, they never have the doughnuts we order from their menu. Today we went at 4:05pm and the guy taking orders through the drive through needs customer service training. I ordered the trick or treat dozen and he sounded annoyed as he said they were out of stock. He was impatient as I tried to figure out what I wanted instead, so we just ordered a single chocolate doughnut and left. We've been before and ordered the apple pie doughnuts and they were out. I have yet to ever get a doughnut I want at this location. They need better inventory management or better menu management 👎🏼

I stopped in this morning to see if the Krispy Kreme in wake forest had pumpkin spice doughnuts. I asked about the Harry Potter and was interrupted mid sentence twice to inform I could only get two doughnuts to which I said ok that’s fine. then the second time while asking she interrupted to say well what do you want? When I stated I was trying to ask if they had pumpkin spice doughnuts she walked away and asked someone else to cover me. At no point did I raise my voice or act condescending as she did, but she interrupted me and in general rude. The young lady that took over was very polite but Sonya was unprofessional and unhelpful.
Rude clerk. Before closing, we drove to pick up deal of variety dozen we had reserved. Girl opened box of variety, put back on shelf, then handed dozen of ALL chocolate iced. She said next time stop at box, before giving me a min. to swipe card,SHE said impatiently, swipe your card. We know the routine since doing it at least 6 times. She might need time off or reprimanded.
