I placed a large order for pickup in 4/9 at 6:30am. I called on 4/8 to have it moved to 4/10 at 6:30am. I was speaking to Sarah about it and she said the best thing she could do was to issue the refund and then I could re order it. I told her I had spoken to a gentleman that told me to call today to have it moved and she told me she wasn’t sure who it was but it isn’t done. I asked her what if I just don’t pick it up until 4/10 and then she says she’ll leave a message for the opener, then tells me she has a problem at the store and has to go. I’m sorry, hit any customer calling the store with a concern shouldn’t be told that. Especially one that placed a large order. After this order, KK had lost my business.

Why “open” at 6 AM with FOUR people if you’re not going to open the dining room? We’ve tried to come here for over a year to have a fun, early weekend morning treat with our son and get told every time that it’s drive-thru only because they are “understaffed”. ?? How many people do you need to operate this place? You serve breakfast food!! It’s not 2020. OPEN THE DINING ROOM

Krispy Kreme doughnuts are excellent. This store does not make the doughnuts from scratch like the main stores do. At this store, they refry and glazed doughnuts, is the only store in the area and is also very busy.

Almost $13 for 6 hot glazed donuts.The kid who got them sat them down on the counter didn't close the box. He walked off and started messing with what looked like a lemonade machine. I had to call him back over. I actually closed the donut boxes myself to keep them warm. Paid and I said thank you even after the bad service and was ignored.? Signs of the times I guess. It's sad.
I stopped in today, January 24, 2024, at about 5:45pm because the HOT light was on, but because there was no one inside or in the drive thru I decided to go in so I could check out the featured donuts for the month. When I got inside the young man asked me if I was picking up an online order and I told him I was not. He then told me that, because they were short staffed, I would not be able to buy anything inside, but would have to go through the drive-thru. I asked him about the featured donuts and if he liked them, to which he told me he had no idea bc he had not tried them. I told him I only wanted to buy 2 donuts and asked him if I would still need to go back outside to my car and drive through to order them. He said that I would. There was still no one inside the store, nor had anyone driven through the drive-thru the entire time I was there. I thanked him and walked out to my car to drive around the building again to order at the drive-thru. This did not make any sense to me since there were no other customers the entire time. I finally got my order at approximately 5:50pm and did not get a receipt from the young man, but did get him to scan my rewards number so I got credit for the purchase.As a loyal customer of Krispy Kreme, and this location in particular, I was highly insulted by the treatment I received. Not sure I will be back to this location for a while.
