The Cuban sandwich was disgusting and nothing like a real Cuban sandwich. The food, including the elotes and enchiladas were all cold when I got it and they refused to heat it because they said they didn’t have a microwave. When I asked for my money back, they refused to do that as well.

The food here is absolutely fantastic. I've had burritos, gorditas, sopas, tacos and honestly it has to be one of the best around. I had a breakfast burrito this morning that was so good it made me write this review. This is a must try

¡NUNCA MÁS!I just ordered $30 worth of tacos and they messed up my order - THAT I PLACED IN SPANISH! The girl in the window failed to pass on my simple request to the cook and half my order was wrong. When I oh-so-politely pointed out that I asked for my tripas "bien doradas, crujientes" (well fried, crunchy) she blurts out, "so you wanna them burned", dramatically huffs and rolls her eyes. Their second attempt wasn't much better. Whilst waiting, I did get to watch this girl condescend to a customer asking about Mexican corn. She also was rude to an elderly patron when their system of pay at one trailer and get your drink at another confused her. This in radical contrast with the Latina who ordered right before me with whom the order-taker was nice to the verge of flirtation. As an American of Mexican heritage I am embarrassed by what I experienced and witnessed. The payasa (buffoon) taking orders obviously has some racial issues that she needs to work through.

After moving from the southwest, we haven't had luck finding authentic Mexican food until we pulled up to Mami's. Mami's Tacos are VERY VERY good with homemade tortillas and fresh ingredients!

A really nice food truck that is always parked in the Amoco station at Durham Road and Hampton Way. The food is tasty and the prices reasonable. I went with a three taco combo yesterday (chicken, chorizo, steak) traditional style and all were good. Washed it down with an orange Jarritos. The menu is nice and they have other offerings than tacos.

This spot is right around the corner from me and I finally stopped by and tried them out. When I tell you these tacos were amazing, words can't describe them. You can choose from chicken, steak, pulled pork, marinated pork, birria tacos and they are all so good. I've been a number of times since my first visit and they never disappoint. Their quesabirria is amazing too and the consumme is a must have with it.

Not gonna lie I was a little skeptical… but oh my goodness!! The food is soooo good. I got 3 beef tacos (pretty basic, I know) but they genuinely surprised me. The pico is phenomenal and so is the salsa!!
Authentic flavors, limited selection (which is good). This truck is run by the owner and inspiration for the name. She has such a warm personality and takes time to walk you through the inspiration for starting the truck and sharing the flavors and recipes of her family and her heritage. I ordered the quesabirria tacos and a burrito and both were outstanding. Loads of flavor! The consumé served alongside the tacos was hot, spicy, and full of flavor. The burrito was one of the best I've had in WF.

I bumped into this lovely Mexican food truck in the Raleigh area on a Sunday. They have instagram so I'm sure you'll know where they'll post up next! Food wise, the tortilla of the birria was crunchy while the meat inside was tender while bursting with flavor. The chicken was seasoned well and the toppings enhanced the meal even more. Very happy with my meals and the price!
