Pizza has been getting progressively worse over time. Tonight was the straw…. 45 minutes late and delivered by a “third party company” so it’s not our fault. Cold pizza and cold chicken nuggets….. that’s gonna keep people coming back! I’m done with Marco’s.

Excellent pizza for a carryout place but 70% of the time they get some part of my order wrong, like forgetting to include the salad or only making one of the two pizzas I ordered, to taking a sauce I asked for on the side and putting it over the pizza. If they could up their reliability game, they would be excellent.

UPDATE: Marco’s reached out to me about this incident and made it right for a future visit.

While usually decent at this location, yesterday I ordered two salads that were absolutely disgusting. The lettuce must’ve been sitting for days- it was sticky, brown, and had a noticeable odor. We also didn’t receive our dipping sauce but that’s neither here or there from potential food poisoning. Complete waste of money

I was a fan of Marco's for awhile, but recently the food arrives luke warm and never well done like I ask. They are always forgetting the side sauces as well. $6 delivery fees are ridiculous. Tried to get contacted by store or corporate but no one ever replies. Down the drain pizza company just like Dominos, Papa John's, and the rest.

Denise is very rude and disrespectful I went there for picking up an order and she was acknowledging selective customers and I waited for an hour and a half while I watch her ignore me and get everyone else’s order but mine then when I asked for her name she very rudely to give it to me
