I was a fan of Marco's for awhile, but recently the food arrives luke warm and never well done like I ask. They are always forgetting the side sauces as well. $6 delivery fees are ridiculous. Tried to get contacted by store or corporate but no one ever replies. Down the drain pizza company just like Dominos, Papa John's, and the rest.
I was very impressed by the manager helping me place my order at this location. I mistakenly did to the other location. He was able to honor my coupon, too. Love the service and the pizza.

Thank you, Jonathan, you were extremely polite, very helpful today. You are the reason why we do not go to any other Marcos because, as we have said in the past, the customer service here, no one else can beat. I hope you get the recognition that you deserve
for the excellent service that you provided us today, and we are sure that you provide every customer with.
