Marios’s is a family favorite so this review is long overdue. They have delicious food and friendly staff. Personally, we would recommend the vodka pastas, chicken francese and meatlovers pizza. There are of course, other good dishes but these are go to items every time.

The only pizza our kids will eat! We devour the white pizza each time!

I ordered two eggplant dinners for takeout. Unfortunately I live 35 minutes away from Marios for me to go back to say something. When we started to eat all we could taste was spaghetti! I looked for the eggplant and the slices were soooo thin that there was absolutely no taste of eggplant. That is one of my favorite dishes to order when we dine out. Now I must say I do order takeout pizzas whenever I’m in Wake Forest and I want pizza! Since we are from NY, NJ it’s a great pie, sauce is got not too sweet.!

We are from New York, and this is probably one of the best pizzas that we’ve had anywhere in the area!

Unfortunately, the pizza lacked any flavor whatsoever. Cheese and bread. It was soggy and cold. I had to add some Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes and garlic powder and reheat in the oven to make it palatable. The wings were soggy and cold as well. I think they coat them in breading. The ranch is not homemade. Tasted like a bottl brand. The cheese bread was cold and no flavor. Several of us ate ans all agreed it was terrible. I will go back to piezanos.

We used to love Mario’s, but quite a few times we have brought our large pizza home, and it is over cooked on the bottom. We didn’t check that in store. My husband checked in store tonight, and I guess because of lighting he couldn’t tell. We noticed at home…again… This happens too often, and we don’t have time to take the pizza back, for refund, like their policy states. Disappointing! Figure out what setting your pizza oven should be. We are taking our business elsewhere.

This place must be review bombed because holy crap. The sauce is insulting. I should have ordered papa John’s and papa John’s sucks.

Very pleasant atmosphere, staff is professional and attentive and remembered my special request from the week before and asked if I’d like it the same way. Mario’s is the GO-TO Wake Forest pizzeria.

Parking: Plenty of room to park around whole complex.
