I placed an order for curbside delivery and waited outside for 20 minutes. I had to get out to find out that they didn't have enough staff to bring my order to me. If I didn't get out of the car, how was I supposed to know that? Plus there was an older lady inside who also wanted to order but didn't know how to do it online or at the kiosk, and they weren't able to help her because they didn't have enough staff.

Just brought my grandbabies here for lunch after playing at nearby park. Food was fine HOWEVER they washed their hands in ladies room with automatic SCALDING HOT WATER coming out of faucet. I let manager know and her response was "yeah, we know. What do you want me to do about it, we cant turn off the water. We called someone"..... UNACCEPTABLE!!!! How about putting up a sign so the next 3 year old doesnt get scalded???? This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I haven’t eaten at McDonalds in about a year or so because last time I did I felt ripped off. Decided to give it another shot for some reason because the fries are so dang good. $40 later for a meal for three and low and behold I feel ripped off again. I even got attitude for asking for the dipping sauces that were supposed to be in the bag. Luckily I checked and I guess that irritated the employee. I regret not checking everything. Yes, that’s my fault. I should’ve known better than trusting an employee to actually do their job correctly. My bad!! I get home and take the food out of the bag to discover the fries were only half filled. At this cost they should’ve been overflowing. McDonalds has so much potential. If only they’d hire managers who gave a crap to do their job and manage the employees to do their job.

If I could offer zero stars it would be too many for the quality of service here. The attitude by the women behind the counter was terrible.

Went by there with my Grandkids yesterday and NEVER EVER AGAIN ! I have never been treated so badly. Went through the drive thru and the young man, I’m guessing, couldn’t hear good, because he kept asking me the same question and then he yells at me and stops taking my order. I waited so long for him to come back that people behind me in line were yelling, so I pulled to the window and 3-4 employees were just standing there staring at me and I kept asking them if they were going to take my order? After asking multiple times this rude young girl comes up and says “you haven’t ordered ?” REALLY ?!? So I finally order and the food they gave my grandkids was not edible, it was cold hard and burnt. Management needs to be replace and employees reprimanded. Sorry service, sorry food, and extremely patheticly managed. Don’t eat here !! And yes someone needs to call me about this McDonald’s so I can give you the time so you can check your cameras for accuracy.

Went through the drive thru Saturday with my grandkids and the guy taking orders must have been deaf because he kept asking me the same and the 3rd time he asked he yelled at me and then wouldn’t take my order. After a very lengthy wait I pulled around to the window where 3 employees just stood and stared at us. I asked about 5 times were they going to take my order. Finally someone came and asked had I not ordered yet ? Seriously? Then they purposely gave me cold hard burnt food and my grandkids could not eat it. Pathetic customer service and even more pathetic management for letting this happen. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Night staff is not good. Soggy fries everytime I go after 8pm. They rarely get my order right let alone good food quality. On top of that, poor attitude

Mobile ordered a coffee, waited 20mins just to take myself inside. Walking is difficult for me or I would have in the first place. 0/10
Then they argued I didn’t order. Once I showed them in the app they made an ice coffee with ice. I will be avoiding this location for good and suggest you do the same.

Little girl had an attitude about a Family box & still couldn’t get my order right…
I was received with very disrespectful attitude. I was waiting to my food and a worker asked me, “do you have a problem?” I don’t understand why I was asked that when I was just waiting for my food as anyone else does. I was very disgusted and won’t be returning.

Never open on time.
Never answered my call for order
I ordered ahead and did a curbside pickup. I had to wait a while which was fine as they looked to be busy when I went. The person that brought me my food didn't speak to me at all. There was no sauce in the bag, even though I had requested it. Overall an unpleasant experience compared to other McDonald's in the area.
