Curbside isn’t a priority. I watched the drive through clear out 2 times and nobody brought me my food. Waited 20 mins. I went inside and the guy said with no emotion. “We’ve been busy”. So basically they don’t work curbside. Don’t waste your time using the curbside app.

was there two days ago, I ordered the food, and everything was completely ruined, and the bread was all burnt, very bad. I went back today and told them about it, but they didn't give me anything back or offer to replace it. They just told me to take something else, saying they always do it like that. There's no respect for the customers who eat there; the food should be perfect. Very bad service.
Came through the drive through waited about 2 minutes no one came to the speaker- said hello about 4 times with no response. Assumed the speaker was broken and pulled to the window and informed the young lady no one took my order which she responded very rudely “yea because you didn’t give me a chance.” I stated that I tried to get her attention with no response which she replied “because I was busy” and rolled her eyes. At that point I just put my hand up and drove off at which she stuck her head out the window and yelled “thats fine”. Fifteen minutes later I called to speak to a manager, the young man who answered the phone claimed he was the manager and said there was no worker there that matched that description and also stated that he didn’t know the name of the restaurant group that owned that location. It’s obvious the owners aren’t aware how the restaurant is being run in their absence. Will not be returning to that location as I don’t spend money with establishments that don’t respect me.

Ordered my food thru the drive through. They told me go to spot number 2. waited Twenty minutes, no food came. finally went inside, and they look at me like I have horns on my head. Nobody knew what I was talking about.They gave me my food and my fries are not inside. I asked for the fries, and waited for another five minutes. No apologies, no care in the world. this place needs a new manager or needs to have an investigation of how they treat their customers.

I often have to check my food. It’s been a while that I get there and leave with my actual order. There is often a long wait. But the staff is always nice.

Sucks
Was there for like 30 minutes and still didn't get my burger. I left.
This was maybe 10 mins ago. This is worst McDonalds I’ve been to in ages. I don’t eat fast food often, so the sandwich was kind of a treat, but man I messed up ordering it here. It wasn’t busy and there were no cars ahead or behind. It’s a double drive through, but both in the same single line(?) and ofc I didn’t see the one ahead of me just the first one I stopped at. I waited. No one even acknowledged me. Noticed there was a second. Pull up and the lady barks at me asking about using the mobile ap. I said no- silence. Didn’t ask me for my order or to go ahead. I hesitantly order 2 things. She doesn’t read it back. Just barked “is that all?” I said yes, she said pull around. I paid she never told me the amount, no thank you or anything. Pulled up to second window. Girl practically throws my food at me, says nothing. Waited for a straw, she opens the window hands it to me without looking at me, and I said thank you and she ignored me and shut the window. The sandwich is overcooked, dry, and rubbery- and to tie all of this up in a bow, the smoothie is only part way full. Please please please do better. Management please pay attention to what’s going on in your locations and train your staff better. Maybe hire better people? I very rarely write reviews, but his was such an awful experience I had to say something. 🤷♀️

Google says they open at 4am. I drove all the way there and arrived at 4:30am just for them to shake their head at me through the window. Either they were running late or google is wrong.
Don’t do drive thru! Ordered, told to go to space 1. After 20 minutes wrong order brought. Another 5 minutes and Netta, who took the money, came out when she noticed we had been here a long time to ask what we ordered (she was nice to do that, This wasn’t her role).

I placed an order for curbside delivery and waited outside for 20 minutes. I had to get out to find out that they didn't have enough staff to bring my order to me. If I didn't get out of the car, how was I supposed to know that? Plus there was an older lady inside who also wanted to order but didn't know how to do it online or at the kiosk, and they weren't able to help her because they didn't have enough staff.

Just brought my grandbabies here for lunch after playing at nearby park. Food was fine HOWEVER they washed their hands in ladies room with automatic SCALDING HOT WATER coming out of faucet. I let manager know and her response was "yeah, we know. What do you want me to do about it, we cant turn off the water. We called someone"..... UNACCEPTABLE!!!! How about putting up a sign so the next 3 year old doesnt get scalded???? This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I haven’t eaten at McDonalds in about a year or so because last time I did I felt ripped off. Decided to give it another shot for some reason because the fries are so dang good. $40 later for a meal for three and low and behold I feel ripped off again. I even got attitude for asking for the dipping sauces that were supposed to be in the bag. Luckily I checked and I guess that irritated the employee. I regret not checking everything. Yes, that’s my fault. I should’ve known better than trusting an employee to actually do their job correctly. My bad!! I get home and take the food out of the bag to discover the fries were only half filled. At this cost they should’ve been overflowing. McDonalds has so much potential. If only they’d hire managers who gave a crap to do their job and manage the employees to do their job.
