It's McDonald's can't expect much in customer service but also customers add to the negative effects by not being patient or understanding and realizing drive thru is busy and long as well as the inside! At least the Grinch meal was available and didn't cost a kidney and a heart like McDonald's land meal did!

Kiosks broken. When I finally got logged in, it wouldn’t allow me to use my rewards and deals. That feels intentional and very slimy. Then it took forever to be served.

Extremely rude workers. They look as if they don’t want to be there. I waited in the drive-thru for over 7 minutes. I had placed a mobile order. I pulled around and spoke with the lady in the drive-thru and provided her with my mobile code. She nodded and she told me to pull to the second window. When I got to the second window, I was given the incorrect order. Then the first older, hispanic, lady with dark hair that I originally spoke to came to the second window and yelled at me. I was appalled. She blamed me for receiving the wrong order even though I provided her with my mobile code. I ended up driving off and based off this experience, I will never return to this location. This wasn’t even my first time visiting this location. I always have to check my food before I pull off, because they seem to forget items on several occasions. Avoid this location if you value customer service.

They never get my order right I don't care which one it may be. All I ever order is regular cheeseburgers with extra onions and I lately get any on my burgers. I don't know what's so hard about added some onions

Good but person that person that did customer service drive through was very lazy and you can tell. Was in rush so went drive through and they didn't like that. I had to walk in since mobile order was walk in. Happened at 9:50. March 13. Inside was pretty clean though and food was made quick

Food was great, I had a 20pc deal with fries and drinks, food came quick, food was good and bussin. Service was amazing. And food speed, quick.

Get to the drive thru at 9:15 and they close at 11 nobody even says anything and the manager just shakes his head at the window and does t say anything and taps his watch that they’re closed. Always a bad experience at this location
