Ordered fries and 2 apple pies with small coke. Food was nice and hot. Fries was cooked as should be. Coke Drink ordered was slightly flat tasting however customer service was great

Went to McDonald's to get a burger and a fry and waited 15 minutes at the window then they told me to pull up so I did and I waited another 20 and went inside to get my food and I was standing there for about 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me and still didn't get my food, WORST EXPERIENCE IF MY LIFE!

I can see why there are only 3 stars. In my opinion should be zero!! The clerk who took my payment dropped my card... I had to Jenga myself out of my car to get my debit card off the ground between the very narrow space between my car and drive through window Then I was asked to pull to the side to wait for my order..15 minutes later, while seeing the drive through line continuously moving.. only by going inside did I get my order...mind you I only ordered a cheeseburger and fry... seriously... Disappointed.. no not disappointed...NEVER AGAIN.. I very rarely eat fast food .. now I remembered why.

Worst McDonalds experience in my 32 years of living. The lobby was disgusting. The tables haven’t been cleaned, the trash cans were overflowing, and there was water spilt in the floor and wet signs were just placed over them.It took 28 minutes for us to get our food. I had to ask them about our order. I saw them point at an empty tray with our order on it and and no food. The manager pointed to it and said get this out now.As I watched behind the counter I saw 4 people check their cellphones, put their hands through their hair, and then grab food.Gross, gross, gross!

i ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits and a sausage mcgriddle on one of the kiosks and when we got our food we had 3 egg and cheese buscuits that didn’t even have sausage on them. we kindly asked an employee named claudia if we could get the correct order and she started arguing with us saying the food was right without even looking at the order. she was extremely rude and caught and attitude with us very quickly. after arguing with her for about 5 minutes she threw the bag in the garbage and walked away. she came back with the right order a minute later and threw it on the counter. everyone else was kind but she really ruined my mcdonald’s experience. claudia, if you see this, i’m extremely disappointed in you. boooo ?

Claudia at the Heritage Mcdonald's was extremely rude. We had ordered 2 mcmuffins and a mcgriddle and received 3 bacon egg and cheese biscuits. we kindly said the food was wrong and she argued with us about it even though it clearly stated that the order was wrong. we weren't after a refund or anything we just wanted the correct food. Finally we received our food after about 5 minutes of arguing and she huffed and puffed and threw our food on the counter. the rest of the staff was very lovely, we only had a bad experience with Claudia.

My daughter and I went to McDonolds on Roger’s Rd Wake Forest around 5:10 pm Sunday evening for dinner. I went through the take out line and waited for 3 minutes and no one would answer through the speaker. We proceeded to drive to the window. The young man at the window had no enthusiasm when speaking to a customer. I proceeded to tell him that no one answered and I needed to place an ordered. His reaction was if we were bothering him. As we gave him our order, he proceeded to tell me the milkshake machine was broke . I then asked is it really broke or is it the crew does not want to clean it tonight. He words were yes basically we don’t want to clean it. I then asked for the corporate number. He said they could not give out the number. I asked to se the manager and he left and found what I assume to be a manager. They said they could not give out the corporate number. I asked for the customer service number and the manager said they cannot give out the number. I proceeded to explain to him that the number was on the glass of the next window. The manager said you will have to drive up there to get it.I would believe the employees if I have not received the milkshake machine is broken on numerous occasions. Too many to believe.We have had several issues at this location prior with service but this was the worst show of customer service. No wonder the parking lot is empty at this location and Chic Fil A is always busy.My family will no longer visit this McDonalds due to the repetitive bad service. My recommendation to everyone who wants to deal with people who want to work and provide the atleast decent service, is to eat somewhere else.
