Waited for 90 minutes for two pizzas and wings.
Manager finally came over but I thought he was a busboy. Zero accountability and all excuses. Took over 2 hours to get out of there. Manager sucks. Also someone vomited in the men’s sink and it was there for the entirety of our dinner. Also, this train wreck happened at 630 on a Wednesday night. Manager sucks. There was 15 people in the restaurant and “being backed up” was the reason for the long long delay. Unreal. Manager sucks. Burn the place down and start over.

This is the closest Mellow Mushroom to me. About a 40 minute drive because pizza variety that's good in Henderson is lacking. Big Cheese is good in a pinch, but if you want better pizza, you have to travel.
Wife loves the holy shiitaki pizza. There's several options for me a well. I have not had a bad pizza here.
Restaurant was clean. Has enough parking. The waiter, Felix, was attentive and got us what we needed.
I have no suggestions on improvement. Thanks for not being another plain pizza restaurant.

Me and my husband love coming here because of the delicious food and great staff! Caleb was amazing as he was very attentive and made really great drinks! If we come here, we know we're going to enjoy ourselves

I have been going to this Mellow Mushroom for years. It is a great place to go with a group to watch sports and enjoy time with friends. The food is good and they have a good gluten free pizza.

Food is alright. But taking 2 hours to prepare the pizzas for the young kids with ‘0’ communication on the delays is unacceptable. We were there for fresh food but in the end it was to-go and cold. No alternate proposed. Most our food got delayed and I don’t think it’s full house that night. I wouldn’t prefer unless for online order and to-go.

The pizza is always fire 🔥. The chicken is so tender, so delicious, so undeniably irresistible. I take both types of hot sauce and cascade it over the chicken of the gods as the sauce runs over the pizza like a buffalo soldier in the heart of America

I ordered a spinach salad for myself and a small pizza for my granddaughter. My salad came and I nearly finished it before her pizza came out. Thank goodness we ordered an appetizer. My salad was delicious and my granddaughter enjoyed the meal. I just wish they could have coordinated bringing our meals at the same time.
