We’ve had great experiences dining at Milazzo’s! They have a comfortable bar, which we’ve eaten at. Chairs are super comfortable and the staff is super friendly! Food is excellent, we’ve had the lamb chops and filet. The owner, Chris, is very attentive and his passion for the restaurant shines through. Go try it out!

Amazing dinner! We stumbled upon it tonight and the food was the best we have had in Wake Forest in a very long time. Staff and owner were very attentive. Fortunately for them, i don’t see being able to walk in for a table lasting too long. … will soon be reservation required. 🩷🩷

Not too many places for decent Italian food in Wake Forest but this is one of the better ones. Nice place for Italian-American cuisine. Sauces are tasty and pasta was perfectly cooked. Service was great - very attentive. Seating in a dining room or bar area.
