They use Fresh ingredients unlike most other Bagel places! It was great tasting something fresh in an age of over-processed food.

As someone who moved to this area from New Jersey, I was scared I was never going to find a bagel place that measured up. And I was right. There is not a single place that knows how to do bagels with pork roll/taylor ham at all. It’s actually embarrassing to offer it if you don’t treat it right. Will just now give up on finding something good cause this place was the last shot. And it was SO disappointing

Slooowwwww. Everyone behind the counter moves so slow. Huge line out the door and there's no hustle. Then, once you finally get up to the counter, they hit you with the patented Gen Z stare. A simple bagel sandwich order was as if I was explaining advanced calculus. The food continues to be good but my lord, the service has not improved at all.

Overall my visits here have been great. Usually come for breakfast sandwiches and always get my order correctly and promptly.

I do agree with some reviewers that the inside could use a lift in appearance but I usually order to go. Look forward to my future breakfasts!

The bagels are good but are pricey for sandwiches, the place was a mess when I went floor sticky tables dirty even behind the counter was messy, I really hope they fix this place since we don't have another place for bagels near by, it has a 93 grade and now I see why, please do better

When you grow up in NY or NJ with authentic bagels, any other will be compared. After just moving to Raleigh and trying to find something closer and it didnt compare, these bagels are definitely the best for this area. Not dense or heavy, soft and crunchy.

What happened to the bagels? I just bought a dozen plain bagels and it seems they changed the recipe, not for the better. The bagels are smaller and I don't know if they are using whole wheat dough, but they seemed dry and all over cooked. Not happy to pay $20 for dry small bagels, no thank you!

The bagels are good. That being said, I think it would be a more inviting place for customers if you gave the interior and exterior seating areas a facelift. The outdoor tables and chairs need a fresh coat of paint and the flower boxes have last years weeds. The interior has light bulbs out and just needs a refresh.

I am sad to see the negative reviews here, but to each their own I guess. I’ve never had a bad experience here. They have incredible bagels! The omelettes are my absolute favorite. Idk what they’re doing, but I just can’t make an omelette like that at home 😆 they can get busy during weekend morning hours, but that’s expected. I feel the employees handle it well. We’ve never had to wait longer than 10 minutes and we come here often ☺️ I don’t have a bad thing to say. One of my favorite places to grab breakfast and go!

I am sure their food and service is ok. The low rating is because the charged me $.86 for my credit card use on 1 bagel and cream cheese. There are also no prices on display and no notice that they charge for credit cards.

Minimal meat on sandwiches. Been going here for years but they have made some bad decisions lately. Used to get fair amount of meat on sandwiches but now all you get is 1 thin slice. All employees make it the same way so must be owner decision. Add in the constant price increases and credit card fees and it makes for bad experience.

I've been to this bagel shop 3 times in as many weeks and 2 of the 3 times my order has been wrong. The only time it was right was the very first time we went. 2nd time omlette plate had no ham or bagel on it. Today, 3rd time, I ordered a veggie omlette with ham and American cheese with a sun dried tomato bagel. I got a plain ham & cheese omlette and a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. The food is good but not good enough or cheap enough to excuse wrong orders time after time after time.
