Worst experience ever. Went to get a ruben and they only had beagles available. Had bollards blocking off half of the seating area which included the bathrooms. DO NOT GO HERE.

Just moved to the area and was looking for my new bagel place. Unfortunately this is not it. Below average on almost all accounts (except for location, which is good). If you’re looking for a subpar bagel experience, this is your place!

food is great, but it’s nearly impossible to place an order over the phone, the volume on their phone is so low that you can’t hear it ring. I tried calling inside the deli to see if my call was going through and the phone ring wasn’t loud enough for anyone to hear.

The Hispanic lady that ran the cashier was avoidant. I literally walked in at 6:30am and was told that she would be with me in a moment. It’s 6:43am and I am watching her have full blown conversations with the staff in the cooking area while she make the 1 person that was in front of me order. It’s truly sad because now I’m gonna be late for work when all she had to do is take my order or let me know the wait time. Customer service is horrible these days.

1st time here. I ordered a Ham, Egg, and cheese croissant. Was only $7 and it was AMAZING! Def will be here regularly!
Had 3 people ahead of me and waited no longer than 5 minutes. 👍🏾

Just purchased a corn beef sandwich and a Ruben. Service was horrible and the corn beef was tough and minimal. They definitely need to change the name. This is in no way a New York style deli. They used to be a great spot, not so much now. Definitely not a $9 sandwich. The prior week they tried to sell me a cup of hot water and a Lipton tea bag for $3.50. Won’t be back. Would have returned the sandwiches and requested a refund but they close at 2pm.

Terrible service. So slow, no I mean really slow and get orders wrong. Come on everyone hustle, for Nay Bagels work like a NY'er, hustle. Owner where are you? Train your staff better. 1 person kn orders and cash register, 2 or 3 cooks on Saturdays and Sundays, then someone co firms order with customer and gives it to them. Not so hard. Then you can make more money by processing customers correctly and fast.

1st time here. The service, or should I say the lack of service is what brought me to Brueggers Bagels. I will not go back.. I also had to give a star

I never write reviews but feel compelled to with this restaurant. The food is excellent every time, however, the service is not good every single time. Each time, there is either not enough employees or there is enough and they all seem like it is their first day. Come here if you want great food, but be prepared for extremely poor and extremely slow service.

Usually great food in past. Real disappointment this time. Please train new young teenagers to pay attention to what they are doing so we don’t waste money on garbage tasteless stale food, especially after a big tip up front. Pathetically bad.

The food is decent, but I definitely didn’t enjoy the whole top half of a tomato on my BLT. The people working are SO so slow so my advice is only come here if you have time on your hands. Why is each team member walking away from the register after each transaction with a line nearly out the door lol? It’s almost 6 people working but the efficiency reflects that of 2 people working. This place needs new staff ASAP
