Just wish they had lattes.

What happened to the bagels? I just bought a dozen plain bagels and it seems they changed the recipe, not for the better. The bagels are smaller and I don't know if they are using whole wheat dough, but they seemed dry and all over cooked. Not happy to pay $20 for dry small bagels, no thank you!

The bagels are good. That being said, I think it would be a more inviting place for customers if you gave the interior and exterior seating areas a facelift. The outdoor tables and chairs need a fresh coat of paint and the flower boxes have last years weeds. The interior has light bulbs out and just needs a refresh.

I am sad to see the negative reviews here, but to each their own I guess. I’ve never had a bad experience here. They have incredible bagels! The omelettes are my absolute favorite. Idk what they’re doing, but I just can’t make an omelette like that at home 😆 they can get busy during weekend morning hours, but that’s expected. I feel the employees handle it well. We’ve never had to wait longer than 10 minutes and we come here often ☺️ I don’t have a bad thing to say. One of my favorite places to grab breakfast and go!

I am sure their food and service is ok. The low rating is because the charged me $.86 for my credit card use on 1 bagel and cream cheese. There are also no prices on display and no notice that they charge for credit cards.

Minimal meat on sandwiches. Been going here for years but they have made some bad decisions lately. Used to get fair amount of meat on sandwiches but now all you get is 1 thin slice. All employees make it the same way so must be owner decision. Add in the constant price increases and credit card fees and it makes for bad experience.

I've been to this bagel shop 3 times in as many weeks and 2 of the 3 times my order has been wrong. The only time it was right was the very first time we went. 2nd time omlette plate had no ham or bagel on it. Today, 3rd time, I ordered a veggie omlette with ham and American cheese with a sun dried tomato bagel. I got a plain ham & cheese omlette and a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. The food is good but not good enough or cheap enough to excuse wrong orders time after time after time.

Worst experience ever. Went to get a ruben and they only had beagles available. Had bollards blocking off half of the seating area which included the bathrooms. DO NOT GO HERE.

Just moved to the area and was looking for my new bagel place. Unfortunately this is not it. Below average on almost all accounts (except for location, which is good). If you’re looking for a subpar bagel experience, this is your place!

food is great, but it’s nearly impossible to place an order over the phone, the volume on their phone is so low that you can’t hear it ring. I tried calling inside the deli to see if my call was going through and the phone ring wasn’t loud enough for anyone to hear.

The Hispanic lady that ran the cashier was avoidant. I literally walked in at 6:30am and was told that she would be with me in a moment. It’s 6:43am and I am watching her have full blown conversations with the staff in the cooking area while she make the 1 person that was in front of me order. It’s truly sad because now I’m gonna be late for work when all she had to do is take my order or let me know the wait time. Customer service is horrible these days.

1st time here. I ordered a Ham, Egg, and cheese croissant. Was only $7 and it was AMAZING! Def will be here regularly!
Had 3 people ahead of me and waited no longer than 5 minutes. 👍🏾
