I ordered dinner on 02/20/25 from Olive Garden located at 12600 Capital Blvd, Wake Forest, NC 27587, spending over $75 in anticipation of a delightful meal. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations.

Upon receiving our food, we were disappointed to find some of it was burnt, which detracted from the overall enjoyment. The meal was simply not up to the standard we expected.

Service was terrible they took our order they didn't bring bread or drinks appetizer and soups came out and drinks did not come until we was done with soup and salads and only because we mentioned it then bread and water came shortly after food came once we were done the girl comes and does the split bill on device at table we pay our bills then I wait till she get back my daughter wanted the lil chocolates I ask for them the girl comes back without them saying you did not pay your bill so I show her I did she looked like she did not know what she was doing I told her to get her manager they took their time I explain what happened then manager did not know what she was doing so she gets the general manager involved so we end up waiting again so we are like 30 minutes into this after we ate he comes out with our bills looking lost as they all looked we explain show him on our phone where we was charged then he is like don't worry we will figure this out but the embarrassment and having to be there for a good 40-45 min after we ate I love Olive Garden but this particular one the service staff and management is terrible

The Olive Garden is one of my favorite restaurants and has been for many years. My server was sweet and helpful. However, my experience on February 1 was the first time I've been displeased with my food. As a culinary chef of seven years, I know that Tortellini is supposed to boil to (al dente 2-10 minutes ) and TOSSED in Alfredo sauce, then finished with parmesan. My tortellini was NOT boiled first. It was roasted in the oven. The Alfredo sauce was spooned on after. It appeared dry in some spots. This was unacceptable. This was cooked
LAZILY and without care. The server and manager did apologize for what happened and corrected the situation. My advice to avoid future issues with new or returning customers: TRAIN your cooks on the PROPER way to cook dishes without cutting corners. On the other hand, my salad, iced tea and Tiramasu were excellent!

Has a really bad experience. We were sat by two different host. Waited there for 20 min. No one came up to our table finally the manager came up and asked what was going on like we did something wrong. We told him your host sat us at this table with no menu and we have been sitting for over 20 min. He says I don’t any waiters assigned to this table I have a new host and acted like it was our fault the host is new. He said let me see what I can do he leaves for a few minutes and comes back just to say if you want to eat you have to wait for the waiters finish with one of there tables so the can serve you. So after we got sat and waited for there mistake the only way he could resolve is to have sit at the table and wait for someone to leave. Instead of apologizing or acting like he cared bit just acted like we were to blame that his staff don’t know how to do there job.
