The order was placed as a Rapid Pick-up at 12:16 with an estimated ready time of 12:25. At 12:26 I was notified it was running late. At 12:34 I was notified it was ready. It was ready at 12:40.
Upon inspection at home the order was missing ingredients from the salad.
The overall food quality was good.
I didn't interact with the staff but the woman near the front serving guests sounded polite and friendly.
The Panera Guest Care Center has little online help with incorrect or late orders. There are no applicable questions - email or call.
There are a multitude of superior options in the area.

Gave my fiancé wrong order didn’t realize til after we left drive thru had to go all the way back
My daughter gave this rating. There really is nothing bad about Panera but there isn’t anything that really sets it apart anymore either. Decent food at decent prices. I do however love the Hibiscus Tea!

Non professional over the phone or even on the place. They don’t care about your order or anything else. No smiling, no appropriate communication! The quantity is small on some of the sandwiches, and when asking about it they just look at each other.

I’m in the drive through for 25 minutes waiting no one infront of me ! If i didn’t pay I’d go !!! The service is alway terrible ! Thank god cook out is coming ! All i can recommend is to not go here ! Workers barely move nor care ! Beware !

I don't know what has happened tp this location, but the customer service is pitiful. It seems many people are having the same issue. The lady who took my oder was rude when I was at the drive thru. At the window, I had to ask for a spoon for my soup after I looked and checked for it in the bag. She handed it to me, I said thank you and she didn't speak back and slammed the window shut. Such a warm welcome and ending. $8.65 for soup and poor service?

Second time in 10 days an item is missing from our order placed in the drive thru. Called and the manager said they can’t do a partial refund for orders placed in the drive thru and that I should drive back to the store for the refund and a free pastry.

Usually don't post like this but this place is a mess. 40 minutes for 2 soup and sandwiches had to witness a drive thru guest coming into the building to complain that she's been in a parking place, or somewhere, waiting for her order for 45 minutes. Total chaos in the kitchen visible thru the window. Not understaffed, at least 4 cooks, maybe 5. Love Panera but will never return to this location.
