I used to order this sandwich regularly back when Panera was at Crabtree Valley Mall. It was outstanding. Then less often at the stand-alone Panera on Glenwood. Still an incredible well made, tasty salad. I started picking it up in Wake Forest several years ago but immediately recognized a difference. First in the ingredients, it was often missing items. The walnuts, goat cheese, just missing. I excused it, I didn’t go very often. But now it’s just unacceptable. I hadn’t picked up a salad from Panera, any Panera in months, maybe a year. I ordered one the other night though and couldn’t believe what I got. It was full of lettuce core. Yes, the actual cores, several of them. And spoiled tomatoes. And just TWO apple chips, even though I paid for extra. The worst part was the chicken. There was so much chicken in it that I threw away 2/3’s of it and there was still a ton. Then I realized it wasn’t fully cooked. What has happened to Panera that they serve such garbage?

I ordered through the drive thru at night and the lights were off. I was the only car and it took 15 minutes to get my food with no apology for the inconvenience. The broccoli cheddar soup tasted old, watery and cold. Panera is really falling off and this shouldn't be given the high prices.

Please take the drive to a different location!!! The management is the worst. They are so rude every time i interact with them. (The two caucasian ladies) Why even come to work? Your customers did nothing to you! The employees are sloppy & nasty as well. Terrible attitudes from everyone

I like Panera, but this one isn't on top of their game. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches (ham, egg, and cheese), and neither one came with cheese. Hazelnut coffee bin was empty at 9:30am.

I love Panera Bread- but every single time that I order from this location in particular (the closest to my home) my order is completely incorrect. I don't know why I keep doing this. I'm going to eat it because I'm sick and don't feel like going to argue with someone about it- but good lord. Change management or something.

I have given them so many chances.. Delivery continues to drop off a business down the road, so I still have to go get my food. I just went and got my food, what another disappointment. missing my drink, bread so stale that it is breaking apart, slopply put together, I just threw it in the trash. They don't care when you complain, never going back

The order was placed as a Rapid Pick-up at 12:16 with an estimated ready time of 12:25. At 12:26 I was notified it was running late. At 12:34 I was notified it was ready. It was ready at 12:40.
Upon inspection at home the order was missing ingredients from the salad.
The overall food quality was good.
I didn't interact with the staff but the woman near the front serving guests sounded polite and friendly.
The Panera Guest Care Center has little online help with incorrect or late orders. There are no applicable questions - email or call.
There are a multitude of superior options in the area.
