For some reason they advertise waffle fries but are serving regular fries. Always something strange like this going on when I visit this location

Closed early, I pulled up at 9:20 but google says they close at 10:00 (22:00). I try and order but they have boxes up by the order window with people cleaning up inside. This is the 2nd time this happened since I work at the hospital and get off late.

I ordered thru the drive up window and when I got home I noticed a piece of metal in my drink. It was too late to go back and complain. I would like the manager to contact me so that we can discuss further.

The food is really good but the customer service is very lacking. I stood at the register and had to ask someone to take my order while one of the workers was standing there playing on her phone. She finally called someone from the back to take my order.
