The food is really good but the customer service is very lacking. I stood at the register and had to ask someone to take my order while one of the workers was standing there playing on her phone. She finally called someone from the back to take my order.

I spent about 10 min in the drive thru, man at the window was very nice, but I got a serving of cold fries, went inside to exchange...the woman didn't apologize, or say anything, she took the fries, turned around and nodded... after I finished my sandwich, fresh fries were done. This can go toe to toe with Chick Fil A. Bread is really good for the chicken sandwich and they fry them fresh. Waffle fries were fresh too and cooked perfectly. Ranch sauce is good if you want to dip your fries in something other than ketchup.
