Ordered here tonight only to be told once my wife came to pick up the order that they didn't have the breadsticks or cheesesticks we ordered due to Uber eats running a special causing them to sell so many there wasn't any. Then it changed to we have them but it will be a very very very long wait. Girl helping had an awful attitude and refused to get the manager at first. Manager finally came over and did nothing to try to make it right. Wasted a whole trip and left with no food. This pizza hut seems to have major management issues. You've been warned.

I am bring generous by giving my this 1 star. The pizza I ordered was happy ultimate pepperoni and half cheese. They put all but 2 slices with pepperoni. Also my order had a second pizza which was supreme. They handed me an empty box on top of the other pizza. If I haven’t looked I would have walked out missing a pizza completely. They told me the supreme would be 5 more min. This place is very unorganized

I have been to this Pizza several times and it has been something several times at this location in Wake Forest. They can never keep staff, they have a manager that’s overworked that is the cook, server and taking orders. They get your order incorrect because of the lack of staff. The last straw was for 2 weeks straight I have tried to order on Tuesdays the $2 Personal Pan Pizza and was told they are out of order because they had no personal pan pizza in stock😳 After I kept questioning the young person on the phone, she stated that they couldn’t take anymore orders for the $3 deal on Tuesdays. So Why Have The $2 Tuesday Special For The Personal Pan Pizza 🍕 🙄

Walked in to grab a pick up order and an employee in the back was standing in the back looking down at phone and when he seen me he looked up and looked at me and walked away to spot where I couldn’t see him. He didn’t even acknowledge me or greet me.
Reasoning for my 1 star review is the value of our pizza. We ordered the cheesy bite pizza with extra sauce ON the pizza. Didn’t even get sauce on the side. This was the driest pizza I ever ate! The cardboard box probably tasted better. Very disappointed!

They had employees call out of work and the pizza I ordered online was finally ready about 20 to 25 minutes past my pickup time. I think the automatic pickup time that is selected should be able to set in some way to give a more realistic pickup time when the staff is short.

Every time google says this place is open the doors are locked when I get there. If you're not open, don't say you are.
Pizza Hut customers be sure to pay attention what you are being charged! I placed an order over the phone two personal pan pizza with extra cheese and was told the total was 15.78. I went through the drive thru and the lady told me 18.78 I questioned her if I heard her correctly for 18.78 and she said “uh-huh” I handed my card to her and paid her and said I was told 15.78. She looked at me weird for a second and said she thought she said 15.78 but I know she didn’t say that. I then told her I needed my receipt and she then pulled out the card reader and said it had a question on there for me, the part you put in if you want to tip them or not. I feel like that lady was going to add in a 3.00 tip without my consent which is really wrong I hope this isn’t the case but she was being very sneaky during that transaction. So please everyone pay attention to make sure you decide if you want to tip them or not at the window.
