Customer service was A+ “pizza” was not bad BUT portions are getting smaller by the day… it is insane how a personal pizza is now pretty much smaller than half of a slice . Come on Pizza Hut it is a ripoff

Maria smiled and presented with such grace and kindness. My pizza was cooked to perfection. She even inquired about how my day was going, as if she knew me well. That was a very lovely gesture that I truly appreciated. Maria, may God keep you!

They had employees call out of work and the pizza I ordered online was finally ready about 20 to 25 minutes past my pickup time. I think the automatic pickup time that is selected should be able to set in some way to give a more realistic pickup time when the staff is short.
