They had employees call out of work and the pizza I ordered online was finally ready about 20 to 25 minutes past my pickup time. I think the automatic pickup time that is selected should be able to set in some way to give a more realistic pickup time when the staff is short.

07APR25 - Had a small issue with an order Friday and the manager called me personally and explained the issue and gave me a coupon.
Very impressed!
