It was good but I was a little shocked at the price for a burger place

It’s a chain and it’s Red Robin. You get what you get, but my kids absolutely love this place so we keep coming back. The part that is hard as an adult is that sometimes the kitchen and service is pretty slow. I always have to have my bill corrected to show coupons or discounts.

Lovely service but we were sat in the scorching sun! They’ve changed the ranch recipe and it’s so disappointing and soupy now.

I order all the time from Red Robin and this time the food was terrible ask for some pink and my burger was like a hokey puke ordered slaw instead of fries payed extra for a little thing of slaw. The chicken was also like a rock all burnt . They better change their cook it will be along time before I go there again very disappointed

$97 for four people, outrageous price, I could have gone to the Longhorn for a steak for that. I will never again go to them, place was empty, I now see why.

I found a HAIR in my burger, and the manager REFUSED to give me a refund!! It’s scary to think about all the times I could’ve been eating hair, never eating here again

Edit: compared to the other responses their response left to this one shows lack of care.
It was..okay. Stopped in with my husband for lunch. This was our first ever visit here and we stopped in on our way home, 3 hours away, so I doubt we will come back here.
Not many people so most food came out quickly and hot. My burger was extremely bland tasting, no seasoning, overcooked, dry, thin. My onion rings overcooked but edible. The waitress I asked twice for a refill tea in a to go cup. She first brought me a regular glass. 2nd time I asked with boxes and she forgot. Then my husband asked and she got it for him. He had to ask for refill fries (apparently they no longer ask you per other reviews) and they didn't come until we were done. She rushed through dealing with us, pretty much ignored me. Again there was hardly anyone in her section. She also never brought the tavern sauce for burger or utensils.

Just don't go in close to closing.

Everything was awesome. The manager was excellent!

There's a difference between old school and ancient.

The Red Robin Gourmet cheeseburger was really good and the fries too. Customer service was good. I visited on a week day during lunch so it was not packed and plenty of parking available.

Dietary restrictions: Carnivore, Paleo

Parking: Off peak hours/weekends is pretty easy to find parking

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu

Enjoyed my meal but had to wait wait to get my sunset drink. Had to try the triple medal burger and it looked great coming out and it tasted just as good as it looked!

Visited for dinner with the family. The place was not that full on Sunday to justify how slow the service was. Drinks order, and appetizers were quick, and the onion rings tower was delicious.

The burgers were not better than any burger we could have purchased at Culver’s or even Chili’s.
One of the burgers came with a fondue cheese dipping cup, which did not make it to the table until 10 minutes after serving all of the burgers. At that time, we order a fries refill for the first time it took so long that we forgot about them and ordered dessert, and the fries came out almost at the same time as the dessert.

Definitely nothing more than a mid experience, hence cannot rate higher than a mid rating.

We have experienced both eating in and take out at this location. A couple of times they order to go had errors and they were quick to apologize and fix the errors. I have several in my home with CELIAC: the ap is very user friendly and the staff is always attentive to safety and cross contamination.
The ap also allows you to personalize the order and pick a couple side sauces. My personal favorite is the Scorpion Burger, I know for my celiacs the basic cheese burger with GF bun as well as the GF pizza are great!

Dietary restrictions: As mentioned above I have CELIACS in the home, not the “allergy” but actual CELIACS. We have never had a problem with burgers, pizza or fries
