I eat here at this Red Robin location often. Loyalty program is awesome. The burgers and bottomless fries are always great tasting. This location has very happy, kind and helpful staff that checks in on you. Managers come around to ask how you are doing and how the food is. That's great service. Every visit they always go out the to make sure you are treated right and your food is what you expect. Knowledgeable and trained on ingredients and they have a Gluten free bun that...

Delicious as always nothing has changed since I first encountered a red robins in Charlotte NC. I worked at the hotel back then that the training crew members stayed. It was delicious then and now I just moved up to the triad area and I found one close to me and I will be dining there more often.
