I had a to go order. First time. Bit of a hicupp. I ordered wings, a flatbread, fries and a wrap. The staff forgot the flatbread upon arrival. It made my husband wait longer for a fresh one( which the manager insisted upon) however it made the rest of the food, cold, soggy and unedible. I phoned the restaurant, asked to speak to the manager, Kevin was quick to respond and rectified the problem immediately. I will definitely give them another shot and for first timers the wings are amazing, even cold😉 Thank you Kevin. Your professionalism and customer service exceeded my expectations.

I guess I was expecting more.. but the food was good... Not great but nothing to write home about.. it's bar food with the bar atmosphere. Staff was very nice. Rest rooms were clean which is good

The food was great the first time and overcooked the 2nd time. Very tasty. A lot of the food looked awesome. I will have to go back to try more stuff off the menu
What I love about Rudino's is their wings! Many flavors and they listen to how you want them cooked. Plenty of other items on the menu to enjoy. Outside sitting is a plus. Downside, we do not always choose to go because of the indoor atmosphere. If they could make it a little more "softer" and comfortable I think my friends and I would go more. Staff is always kind.

My spicy garlic wings which were ordered to be extra crispy but were not crispy at all and on top of that the wings had little to no sauce on it. I am very disappointed and WILL NOT BE COMING BACK EVER AGAIN!!??
