I stopped by Showmars for lunch with a friend and had a great experience from start to finish. Even though there was a small line when we arrived, the staff working the registers were quick and efficient with taking orders. I ordered the ShowMarburger with fries and a drink, and my friend got the fish and chips combo, which also came with shrimp.
We decided to dine in, and our table—as well as the entire restaurant—was very clean and well-kept. Our food came out quickly, fresh and hot. A young man brought our meals to the table and went above and beyond with his kindness, even offering to get us refills without us needing to ask. Truly amazing service.
The burger was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. I do wish there had been just a few more fries, but they were fresh and tasty, and the signature Showmars sauce was so good I grabbed an extra to take home!
The atmosphere was chill, not too crowded, and overall very pleasant. I’ll definitely be coming back!

There's this tall dude with a stellar head of hair named Jad that works here. Yo his customer service is the best.
He explained the menu and side options like he has a PHD in showmars-entology.
Once I got my food, which was FIRE... he came along and made sure I had the right sauces to savor this most blessed meal.
Everyone working here was happy, engaged with customers, and the vibe was immaculate.

I was excited to try the “best flounder in the world”. Went for Father’s Day for the first time. It’s an order at the counter place but the service was really good. They bring you your food and there are employees going around getting people refills etc. BUT the fried flounder was lukewarm and soggy. So maybe most mediocre in the world.

Hey! It's fast food! ...but it's GOOD fast food. Hard to beat the gyros/salad, and the flounder platter is excellent. We starting going to Shomar's back in Charlotte, years ago, and now that we live near Wake Forest, we can keep on going back.

GREAT experience!!!! People so friendly! Clean bathroom and facility. They took our trash for us, asked us for refills and what we needed. So nice! Delicious food and desert!!!

Came for lunch and it was positively delicious! I had a gyro platter with Greek side salad and it was wonderful! Great tatziki sauce and perfect soft Greek bread!! My friend had chicken santorini, rice pilaf and a side salad. To top it off, do not miss the bakala cheesecake, OMG! The service was wonderful, they checked back with us several times during and after the meal. What a treat!
