Had already drink most of a large cherry limeade before I opened the cup to add water and saw a bunch of black spots in the ice. Poured the ice in the sink only to find more black spots on the walls of the cup. Surely this didnt come from the limes and cherries. So it has to be dirty cups or MOLD from the ice machine. Disgusting.

Orderer a chocolate brownie blast add oreos, came out and told me they were out of brownie after i paid. ok. ordered a oreo and reese's blast instead and came out with just a oreo blast. mixed it to see if reese’s were under and saw the oreos were only placed on top and cup was not filled all the way.

Orders a chilli cheese coney and these dummies put relish and no chilli cheese !! So over it !! The tots was disgusting too !!! Take some tips from LUMBERTON NC!! Need new management with all these bad reviews!! 👎

horrible customer service from whatever lady was working the drive thru speaker around 12pm today. picked up a mobile order today, we got there a little after placing it and didn’t mind waiting. when we got to the speaker and told the lady taking orders, she told us it had just popped up and it would be a minute, we said that’s okay and pulled forward. about 5 minutes later a guy came to the window and asked what we were waiting for and we told him we were waiting for an online order. he left and all of a sudden we hear some woman inside screaming profanity and that she told us it would be a few minutes. and just continued to curse up a storm. loud enough for us to hear her perfectly clear with the drive thru window closed and we’re in the car with the windows cracked.

If 0 stars was an option that’s what they would get. After giving this location multiple attempts they still mess the order up and are slow. The car hop was great but said they couldn’t fix the order with out charging us more even though they messed it up and if you want an extra sauce forget it unless you’re willing to pay for it. Overall over priced for poor service.

I ordered the triple smash burger with fries and a sweet tea. Flavor of the burger was decent. Didn't realize it didn't come with lettuce or anything so I was a bit disappointed but that was my mistake not to add them. I would have enjoyed it much more with them but, live and learn. The fries were excellent. Still warm and perfectly crispy. What fries SHOULD be. The sweet tea was refreshing to find out it was REAL tea not tea flavored chemicals. Southern sweet tea is supposed to be a little on the extra sweet side. The atmosphere was a bit windy and noisy. The wind, of course, was nothing they could control and the extra noise came from being close to a highway. It was still quiet enough to have a conversation.

Every time I come here i spend 10-20 minutes at drive through .. I pulled up for just a cup of ice when absolutely no one was in line. It took them 3 minutes to open the window to talk to me a take my payment an another 3 minutes to just hand me a cup of ice!!! That’s not normal !! I’m done with this location!!!

For the price, this place is not worth it. Our family was on our way to McDonald’s but noticed a Sonic in the same vicinity we were already at so we decided to give it a try. Wake Forest is generally better to eat compared to Raleigh. Well I guess we were wrong. Ordered 4 meals that came with bacon. 3 meals came with the bacon but the color was wayyy off. It was small pieces of black bacon. Looks nothing like the picture and the sandwich was soggy as anything. One meal didn’t even have bacon. Sandwich was taken back which was odd because why couldn’t they just bring the bacon that was missing. But instead we waited forever just for them to add two small pieces to it. We ate the sandwich but uncomfortably. Unhygienic to take a customers food and then do whatever to it and then bring it back. Definitely ruined my experience and not paying almost $60 for trash. Ridiculous. Save your money

Tenders were overcooked and bitter. Bacon is always burnt and overcooked. Last burrito was so overdone it was impossible to eat. Very disappointed lately with this location.
