Today we saw a fly in the food case may not sound like a big deal.

Nice, conventinly located Starbucks. Ordering a little slow for newly released drinks (pumpkin protein foam) but otherwise good. Fast wi-fi. Plenty of tables.

I will absolutely never order through DoorDash ever again. I will do in store only as I ordered a caramel frappe and the cup was only filled half way with coffee and the rest of the way with whipped cream
DoorDash is having errors right now so I can’t even get a refund so thanks for taking advantage of a disabled mom who can’t drive who was having a bad day and decided to treat myself with the little bit of cash I had on my cash app

One of my favorite starbucks ever. Well, not one, it is my favorite. I like to call it one of my safe places. I loved coming here during highschool and now I come here during college. I love being able to study here and I love the management here. The staff is always so friendly and accomodating. I'm not even obsessed with starbucks drinks or food like that, but I love how sweet the staff is here and the atmosphere. Definitely a good study spot! I even see the workers on break or after their shift will work on their own things.

So frustrated! I did a mobile order, estimated ready time was 2:03. I went in and waited for my order to be ready. Customers who ordered in store long after I got there, started to get their items before me. The barista then asked me at 2:23 what I was waiting for. They hadn’t even made it yet, 20 min after the estimated pick up time. There was one person completing orders and he was focusing on the drive thru and in store, completely ignoring the mobile orders. Mind you, there were 5 people ‘working’. There was another customer waiting next to me, dealing with the same issue.
When I finally did get my order (one drink), I didn’t even get an apology. I found the entire experience rude and my drink didn’t even taste good. I order the same thing multiple times a week and it definitely didn’t taste correct.

Have been coming here quite a lot lately, and is by far the slowest Starbucks we have been to - takes a good 7-10 minutes to go throughthe line, and peoples orders are never seemingly that large. Most of the workers are usually blunt and rude and customer service could use some improvement and human emotion. The drinks taste fine, they definitely skimp though, the ice is sitting above my coffee in this drink I just got.
