I was the only customer there Saturday afternoon around noon. A young African American girl with an earring in her nose helped me.
I ordered a grande Frappuccino. 1st she used a dirty blender container, 2nd used way to much milk, 3rd Very little ice was used. She overflowed my cup, put an ice tea cover on my drink and handed it to me. I said no whipped topping, she said we're out! The Frappuccino had the consistency of a barley mixed chocolate milk, and no flavor. I will go to the Taget Starbucks from now on!

Was there today may 14th at 7.30am. Five people in line waiting for service, including myself, the person working there ,tall with different color hair , was only doing online orders, and not once ask the people in line if they needed any service. Online orders should only be a company outlet stores!!! Not at Harris Teeter. She was unprofessional! Can't mult- taske, and why do you only have 1 person working early in the morning, when people want coffee to- go for work. I work retail and get online orders and have customers in front of me. I always take care of the customer first! This place needs help, and person who can multi-task!!! Not to do 1 order at a time!! Get this place to do it right! Or shut it down! Very unprofessional, unsatisfied. Get on person to do online orders Only, and one person to take care of the customer. I waited 15mins in line, and all this person was worried about doing online orders. Who is running this place? And who is the manager? Terrible...just Terrible!!

Ordered on the app and was told they don't have a bakery item I ordered. Normally thats fine since every other star bucks would substitute with something THEY have, but they told me to ask someone in harris tetter to give me for a bakery item at Starbucks prices. Might as well just order from there.They said I would not get a refund either.
