Alayna was very rude and unprofessional when I ordered, and made me feel like an idiot for ordering a mocha, even going so far as to slam my drink down when it was ready. The coffee was fine, but I won't be coming back while she's around. I've always had good experiences here, but she ruined it for me.

I visit this store everyday for my vanilla latte. All of the employees are wonderful! So friendly and most remember my drink without me having to say a word! The drink is always amazing! I regularly go out of my way, passing other Starbucks locations, to get my daily coffee.

I purchased two peppermint mochas today and watching the person making it the person wasn’t putting whipped cream so I asked the person why. The person said they were making it and won’t be ready for 10 minutes. I said nothing not wanting to be a Scrooge! 1. They should have stated that upon purchase! 2. If I wasn’t watching the person was not going to tell me! Last time I buy there! Basically got cheated!!!
The new lead was insanely disrespectful and rude. when I was ordering she gave me an attitude. She acted like I was bothering her. My drink was not made correctly. It tasted like straight dirt. I ordered a white mocha with oat milk, She put regular milk in my drink and she used regular mocha instead of white mocha. I’m very disappointed in this Starbucks in Harris Teeter.

Starbucks is without a doubt the greatest. The coffee is delicious, and the pricing are reasonable. It's convenient to be able to go inside Starbucks and drink coffee while surfing the internet. It's a wonderfully chill atmosphere. The vanilla bean frappe and the espresso Frappuccino are my two favorite drinks.
