Ever since this store was remodeled, the seating and ambiance has been terrible. There are not enough seats for customers and the previous layout had a lot more seating. It is frustrating and an inconsiderate use of a huge space.

Just pulled up to Starbucks…my son’s burrito look horrendous luckily our frappe was decent ?♀️ . But my problem was the man who took my order and was at the window Johnathan. Just rude and unpleasant the whole time he was giving me my food. Is this what yall are hiring. Put a smile on your face and kill it at your job. There’s nothing more beautiful then seeing love there job. Get it together.

My biggest complaint about this location is Jonathan. I have had 2 separate incidents involving this person. He’s rude, condescending, and unprofessional. He would do well to stick with the barista duties and leave the customers alone. I hope that management will keep a closer eye on this individual and act accordingly.

I want to sing praises to Blue. So sweet, understanding, and attentive with making me a new drink. I’d gotten one of the nondairy cream cold brews, and it made me feel sick as a dog. Blue made sure my new drink was sweet enough and not overpowering. As well as trying to avoid any products that may have contributed to making me sick (the nondairy cream). I’ve worked in food service, and the kindness in interactions like this really sticks with you. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with staff here, but I do want to capitalize on how pleasant this interaction was as someone who experiences anxiety with expressing discontent with a product I paid for!

Go to the Harris Teeter location off Rogers Road and see Grace if you want to see how the drinks are supposed to be made ?
This location along with Rogers road have been very inconsistent for a while now. Sometimes the coffee is made okay, but most of the time the ratios are off with how they mix the drinks.
Went the other day and every coffee/iced drink I saw hit the counter that involved cream of any kind was just bright white. Hardly any coffee and the flavors were not what they should be.

This is a drive thru with a loud interior and unfriendly and unresponsive service. Asked for a black iced tea and they just said “we’re out” with no apology or offer to make more. It’s 88F. Make some more iced tea please. Would have been happy to wait while more was brewed or made, but no offer was made. General attitude was not good, people not happy here; customers mot happy either.
