Asked for the Carmel Crunch with extra extra Carmel and heavy on the whip. But it didnt taste as good this time. Did not get the extra extra Carmel nor the heavy whip.

We ordered two Venti drinks in one grande drink. The two Venti drinks came with sleeves and the grande did not. I don’t know when Starbucks became so cheap that you can pay six dollars for a cup of coffee and not get a sleeve to hold it. Number one the coffee is very hot and uncomfortable to hold without a sleeve. Secondly, I did not think that a grande drink is less hot than a Venti drink? I was told this is a management decision at this particular location. Shameful.

This was my first experience at a Starbucks, believe it or not. All I wanted was a simple hot tea, which I ordered. After standing and waiting for nearly 20 minutes, I finally went up to the counter and inquired about my order. They literally said to me. “ I’m sorry, we got busy and forgot about your order, but we’ll get it now“. Are you kidding me???

It's a place I go often since it's near my home, but the wait is always too long. Today, I placed a mobile order from home—it took 7 minutes to get there, and then I waited over 10 minutes inside. After 3 PM, the place was nearly empty, yet it still took a long time to receive my drink. The staff didn’t seem busy at all. There were six employees, but they were chatting among themselves and didn’t appear to be working hard. Two groups of customers who arrived before me were still waiting while I got my drink. The Venti drink felt lighter than the Grande. I opened the lid and confirmed it. I wanted to lift my mood with a warm coffee on a rainy day, but I just ended up feeling poorer...

I just had an experience that was bad to the point it felt offensive. My medium roast coffee was so overfull it was pouring out of the lid the entire ride home. My car and my clothes are covered in coffee. I had to hold it the entire home and it was obnoxiously hot on top of it and was legitimately painful the entire way home. WHY?!?!

Waited 10 min for someone to take my order were only 2 on the floor and after asking if there was someone to take my order they called someone from the back and they came took order went in the back. Instead of assisting the front or practicing good customer service. It was not that busybatv530 am, as im a regular at that time. Just a disappointment this morning's service.

I’m not sure what happened to this location but it is by far the slowest Starbucks I have been to. Only a few cars in line and still waiting up to 20 min. This has been constant the last few months. I will be taking by business elsewhere.

Unprofessional business practice. Arrived at 8 o’clock to get a coffee and they don’t close until 9 o’clock and they said they had clean their machine already so I could not get any pike coffee. I am a night worker this is the only time I can come by here to get coffee during the week. I would not recommend people to come by in the evening if they want to get what they need.

This location constantly has a 20+ minute wait for the drive through then the drinks are usually poorly made. Frappuccinos are half full and no flavor. Management really needs to evaluate this location. Employees are friendly but seem understaffed.

The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever seen. It’s too many people on shift for them to be running behind on orders. Both food and drink items were made incorrectly. Placed an online order and still had to wait 30mins once I arrived to receive the incorrect order.

This is the rudest Starbucks. I have come a few times and I typically get a green haired woman wearing a mask in 2025 who is rude and rolls her eyes when I ask for a straw. This morning I placed a mobile order and did drive up. I let them know at the drive-up I'm picking up a mobile order for myself. They said the order was just placed a minute ago so it may take 10 minutes. I then wait in a line in the drive through for another 6 minutes. When I get to the window a lady comes and says if you do a mobile order you have to wait 8-10 minutes before coming. She said that is a policy that no one knows about. First off....there's no difference in ordering a drink in the drive through vs doing a mobile order and picking it up in the drive through. They have to make it regardless. I did not appreciate that at all. I'm the one paying for the coffee and I will CONTINUE to order it and show up when I want! It does not state that you have to wait a certain amount of time before picking up anywhere on anything that I have read. The employees are this location are so rude and have no business working in customer service.
