This is not a pink drink this is syrup and water. I am highly disappointed.

This starbucks is literally dumb. They are out of venti cups. So the harvard graduate batista thinks it's cool to give an extra splash of hot milk, and a grande. Doesn't even make sense. Thanks for the useless milk.

There is a lot of good Baristas working here but the quality has significantly gotten worse the past year . It's like management has given up . I feel for those who are trying but absolutely it has not been as good as it used to .

Went through the drive through and I asked For cinnamon powder at the top of my drink I told Jonathan that that was missing he Gave an attitude then took my drink and put a pile of Cinnamon on the top of my drink. It over powered the drink and I could drink it!

This Starbucks has poor customer service. When my boyfriend and I walked in, it took them more than 5 minutes to even acknowledge us standing at the register to order. We decided to dine in to see how other customers were being treated. To my surprise they were being treated the same way. Then an older gentleman came in and he got acknowledged as soon as he walked in, placed his order, short wait and got told to have a good day. Great customer service is to treat everyone the same. If Starbucks employees are unable to take customers order right way, at least acknowledge there presence.
Caitlyn was absolutely the most wonderful barista we have ever had! So friendly and helpful. She is a bright and shining example of what a kind; pleasant employee should be. Our drinks were hot and our snacks were fresh. Service was great!

Quality-wise they’re about as good as you’ll get for Starbucks but they have a few workers who make ordering painful. One in particular has an obviously fake New York/New Jersey accent who can’t take orders because she simply won’t be quiet. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a barista be so confident in tripping over herself to correct our order while being completely incorrect on everything only to fail to make drinks how they’re listed on the menu. It’s about what you can expect out of modern Starbucks—mediocre coffee combined with a few terrible workers slowing down everything with their incompetence.
