We ordered two Venti drinks in one grande drink. The two Venti drinks came with sleeves and the grande did not. I don’t know when Starbucks became so cheap that you can pay six dollars for a cup of coffee and not get a sleeve to hold it. Number one the coffee is very hot and uncomfortable to hold without a sleeve. Secondly, I did not think that a grande drink is less hot than a Venti drink? I was told this is a management decision at this particular location. Shameful.
Waited 10 min for someone to take my order were only 2 on the floor and after asking if there was someone to take my order they called someone from the back and they came took order went in the back. Instead of assisting the front or practicing good customer service. It was not that busybatv530 am, as im a regular at that time. Just a disappointment this morning's service.
There is a lot of good Baristas working here but the quality has significantly gotten worse the past year . It's like management has given up . I feel for those who are trying but absolutely it has not been as good as it used to .
