The best subway location I’ve been to. They make the subs so organized and well. They never fall apart after opening up the wrapper, unlike a lot of other locations. The atmosphere is nice and quiet, the setting is super clean. Very prompt service. 10/10

Neat and clean place and nice service
I tried to ask if they could remove the sub of the day deal and use my coupon instead (so I'm saving a little bit more) but the employee decides to throw money at me from the tip jar like I can't afford it (it was only a dollar like that was going to make all the difference). Magically, after about 30 more seconds, the coupon worked. Disappointed in the service, let me know when the manager comes back, he's always super nice and caring.

Today I visited this branch and I left happy and more than satisfied with the kindness, charisma and clarity in this store.
I asked about the 3 girls that served me, they were too kind; they told me that they were aunt and nieces and I was impressed with how polite that family is.
I would gladly return to this Subway.

By far the best Subway location I’ve been to and I’ve been eating Subway for about 40 years. Sanitation grade is always very high, usually 100. The staff does a great job and are very nice. I’ve been a regular customer for about 7 years now.

Excellent location and they accept coupons! Every time I come here, the employees are always so welcoming, friendly and professional. They take care in making their sandwiches and it makes a big difference in the experience and taste of the food.
The restaurant is also always super clean, which is greatly appreciated and makes it a very comfortable place to sit and eat.
You can tell they take pride in a job well done and this is such a valuable driver for repeat business. Lucky to have a team like this in Wake Forest. Thank you!

Foods always good, and fresh. The staff is nice and polite.
my only problem is that employees don't wash hands ,food was handled with gloves, but you have to be clean and that's the number one priority.

I will definitely say hats off to the employees.. wife and I showed up 5min before closing, unforseen issues typically wouldn't show up 5min before it sucks I know! They understood took there time and fixed our subs perfectly! They were very clean and friendly. The store it self was in good condition and clean. Will definitely continue to use this subway! Thank you!

The location is alright
They do not take the subway coupon that comes in the mail - which is a bummer since the actual price of the subway sandwich is truly reflected in these coupons ( without all the fancy celebrity endorsements)
At regular subway prices you may as well get a meal from Sushi Siam next door
I placed an order on the mobile app. I picked up the wrong order. My order name was John N. and so I picked up an order that read John A. on accident. It was two subs. I arrived home and realise the order was wrong. I had paid 15. The order that I picked up was 10. I called the store to explain the situation. I ask if I can have a 5 dollar refund because I understand it is my fault and I would kindly pay for the 10 and would like to recieve the 5 dollars back. They said no and said it was me (the customers fault). I really understand it’s my fault, but I feel like them as a business could work with the customer to solve issues and complaints as they should. They did not bother to give me the great customer support they should have. I was upset and said that we could check cameras together because there was a misunderstanding of when order had to be picked up, but again please show customer service skills. I’m still learning in school for customer support and I understand that subway has terrible customer support like wow. At least give me a cookie or something. The girl on the phone name Mariah did not have good english. I am not sure why she was on the phone unless she is the only worker working there and is over working her. Piece of advice. Just go to a different location. Not very good with customer service. Funny thing is I can’t eat seafood, so I couldn’t even eat the tuna sandwich there. Really I missed out a lot here. Instead of dealing with the problem now they just say go speak to Kevin tomorrow. I wouldn’t think the situation would take more than an hour to handle. I am cheap, but seems the business is cheap as well. They just didn’t want to listen to me. What I hate most was them saying it was my fault. I know it was my fault and it was an accident, but show empathy at least. Learning in college I learned empathy is very important. I did not recieve any of that during the call. I’m sorry for the bad review but freedom of speech under the first amendment. This was my experience.

The meatball sub isn’t what it was a decade ago. The bread was still good.
The chicken has changed.
I also miss the original subway-design wallpaper. Staff was helpful. Costs have exploded, but like in the rest of our country, that’s on the people voting for entitlement programs and the climate doomers.

WHAT THE HECK is wrong with this location? The employees aren't intelligent enough to know what comes on their own sandwiches or read it off the menu? All I asked for was a sandwich minus one ingredient that is LISTED on the menu itself and this idiot couldn't piece two thoughts together to maybe just read it? They expected my husband who was picking up the sandwiches to know and HE had to figure it out from reading it off the menu (silly me, I didn't think to send him an entire list of what came on the sandwich because I thought that would be simple). Employees whose IQs are too low to even recall 3 ingredients that come on common sandwiches don't deserve even minimum wage. Seriously overpriced for the quality of service. Go somewhere else or to the other location in town (although it may not be any better).
