I feel like if the customers walked in and instead of ordering just went around the counter and tried to figure out where everything was and how the machines worked and tried to make it themselves they would still get their food faster. And truly I don’t think any of the employees would even notice. At least all the food was cold and smashed though! Just the way we like it.

My friend wanted to go here again. I ordered from the app and when I went it I was greated this time. I think it was only to make sure I wasn't stealing an order from the shelf? I had to show my phone to say it was my order. If this is a problem maybe app and kiosk ordering is not somthing you should be doing Taco Bell? Just saying.
This is still the worst taco bell in town there is only a kiosk or the app to order. To people then you walk in for a mobile. The manager from behind me yell hello who are you ? When I explained I did and online order some one she look at me odd. The young girl white, black hair she brought the food out and spoke pleasant which is why I gave a 2.

I created our own Luxe box online while outside of restaurant. Went in and received our drink cups quickly. However, when we received our food it was not fresh. We each got a chalupa supreme but the shell was cold and hard. I got the cheesy fiesta potatoes for the first time and did not like them. The potatoes were old and cold. They may have been edible had the potatoes been freshly made. We usually eat here every Wednesday after picking up the grandkids from school. There have been times where it hasn’t been the freshest but today was really bad. We’re hoping it improves next time.

Came in to get food tonight and a guy who worked came in from his bathroom break with gloves that were never changed. Kinda nasty considering he was making tacos and touching all the ingredients with dirty gloves, while constantly pulling up his pants. 30 minutes to not get food made

How the hell do I wait 15 mins for food, and then it’s cold when given to me. when there’s 2 other customers in the building. I don’t mind waiting on food if it’s fresh but it’s like my order was just sitting there. Revamped the store but clearly not the employees.

So DO NOT go to breakfast here… fine for lunch or dinner. But we ordered 4 items for breakfast and 1 came out right…. 3 burritos and a crunch wrap. We got that. But we asked for a grande burrito with steak.. which had no steak… a toasted burrito with potato and one with bacon… we got one with sausage and other grande with potato again… not to Mention the crunch wrap had a hash brown fried so hard it was like bitting rocks…
