The manager on duty 12/1 @ 730pm was on it. She was working hard and keeping everyone else engaged. She greeted and helped everyone that came in.

Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs. This Taco Bell is one of the worst I’ve ever been to- and trust me, as a Taco Bell connoisseur, I have been to many. If at all given the chance, visit her sister location in Gateway Commons; their service is excellent and they have never once messed up my order. This Taco Bell, however, is a different story. My order is always incorrect, my cinnamon twists are typically bottom of the bag crumbs that taste like cleaning chemicals, and their Baja blast mix is never done correctly. When going inside to order, you are guaranteed a 20 minute wait every time, no matter if you are the only one there. Their bad service is so consistent that my friends and I have a running joke that whenever something is not up to par “it must be from the Main Street Taco Bell.” Save your money and your time and drive the extra five minutes to Gateway Commons- you will not be disappointed.

The food is good just giving my review on the steak and cheese burritos maybe 1 bite of steak and the rest gooey cheese and sauce but the taste was good .

I will definitely return here. The food was perfect and the order came out correctly the first time. Sadly, getting the order correct is a rarity these days but this place was spot on. They properly begged our large order into separate bags whereas nothing was crushed. The only reason this isn't a five-star rating is because they removed the menu, fired all the cashiers, and forced everyone to take kiosk orders. I will definitely return but wish they would have actual people again

My entire order was made wrong. I paid for rice and it was NOT added , I asked for sour cream and beans and lettuce to be removed and it was not. I had to go back but they did make it right.
Better than most Taco Bell's. The food is actually prepared well and the tacos actually have a decent amount of meat and cheese in them. The Taco Bell in Youngsville is not good!

Horrible store. Ordered through the app and they outsourced it to doordash. Hours go by without receiving my order. The app had it marked as delivered. Explained the issue to Doordash who gave me a redelivery. When my driver showed up to the store the manager refused to remake the order or resend it. This store stole $25 from me and the manager was horrible and incredibly rude to the dasher as well. Never known a business that will rob their customers and refuse to give them what they paid for. Disgusting management.

I like Taco Bell and I always order online and pick it up at the drive thru. I saw two kids at the window. They basically threw the burritos in the bag and hand it to me. No sauce or napkins. The burritos weren't wrap properly.
The one burrito I ate has lettuce in it even though I ordered beans. I threw away the rest because I couldn't trust the food.
I don't know if these kids are new to the job or they just didn't care. But you should properly train your employees.

literally the best taco bell ever. they are so nice and call me sweetie and they give me FULL containers of sauce (sour cream, etc.). They make everything in all the weird combinations i love and are so sweet. I love this taco bell 🫶

I came in to get breakfast while my car was being worked on. The staff was joking and lively which really picked up my morning. I have to give them extra props because I was waiting as they unlocked the door. It was early yet they were lively, professional, and were clearly working very hard.

My friend wanted to go here again. I ordered from the app and when I went it I was greated this time. I think it was only to make sure I wasn't stealing an order from the shelf? I had to show my phone to say it was my order. If this is a problem maybe app and kiosk ordering is not somthing you should be doing Taco Bell? Just saying.
