I try to go back to this place and order, but they consistently get my order wrong. They can’t read a receipt and look at the items on that receipt and then put those items in a bag. I swear how dumb do you have to be to not be able to put items on a piece of paper in a bag?

Absolutely butchered my crunchwrap supremes.. first time I’ve ever seen them this thin and empty. Chicken quesadilla wasn’t bad though.

Brand new location. They should’ve spent less money on decorations and more money on training the staff. They were extremely slow, Got our order wrong served me a drink with no ice, and it was regular not diet. Free business that’s designed to be systematic. It’s incredible how they get so many things wrong. Skip this place go somewhere else.

Placed an app order for breakfast this morning then pulled up to the speaker, "Hi, I'm here for an internet order for David."

"Uuuhmmmm... I'm sorry sir, I'm the only one here. Everyone else called out this morning, and I don't even have half the ingredients prepped to make your order."

"That's not a problem. I'm sorry to hear it. Can you please refund my purchase?"

"I'm not sure how to do that. Maybe you can call the 800 number in the app?"

That's some garbage mgmt that leaves a keyholder to open with no support or backup. Absentee owner BS; should have been Johnny on the Spot this AM. I decided to to go Sheetz and had an awesome breakfast grande burrito as large as my forearm. I could only eat about half of it and saved the other half for dinner.

So they’ve done away with the big overhead menu and the cashier at the front counter. I spent a good 10 or 15 minutes just flipping back and forth thru the pages on the kiosk to find what I wanted to order. Nobody even welcomed me to the store, much less offered to help me! There were 4 employees that I could see. 3 of them were sitting in the back of the kitchen, laughing and cutting up, not doing anything work related. The one girl that was cooking made several items for a drive thru order and then delivered it to the window. She then went back and joined the group in the back for a minute before starting my order. It took her another 5 minutes to make a chalupa and a black bean Crunchwrap supreme. She handed me my bag and walked away. I had to ask her for my drink. After getting home I discovered there were no napkins, no sauces (which I had asked for on my order) and no black beans on the Crunchwrap, only regular refried beans. Why ask if I want sauce if you’re not going to give to me? I also added guacamole to both items and was charged for it but not given it. All and all it took me a half hour from the time I got there till the time I left with my food. During that time there was one car thru the drive thru that received their food just after I finished ordering and zero customers inside. I paid almost $15 for two items plus a medium drink. I could have made them myself for about $5! And it would have tasted much better and been more satisfying! Thanks Taco Bell for reinforcing the idea that I need to cook at home more! I won’t be back! I also am done patronizing ANY establishment that uses self check out equipment of any kind!

So I wanted to up date my review. I have given this location another try and they have improved Tremendously. Management and employees are friendly. Food usually correct and the cleanliness has improved. Thank you for Hearing us and fixing the problems.

Well not going to this location anymore!
The last THREE TIMES this location doesn't get my order right. 😒 then I try to call the restaurant and no one answers the phone. Very disappointing as this is a Newly built location.

Guy in the drive thru laughed at me because I ordered a Dr pepper. Apparently they do not carry dr pepper here, i did not know i am from goldsboro & they have it at mine. He tried to keep making me order root beer, i didnt want root beer. So i ordered a lemonade. Received a strawberry lemonade. & I did not get the nacho fries I ordered.
