Really good food, good price, great service. Food came out fast amd it was hot. The best part is they offer normal people sized proportions, so you don't have to get a huge amount, or you can choose to do that too if you want. Theor menu is easy to read with good options. I'm from out of town and am disappointed I just found this place the last day of my trip, I'd come here regularly if I lived closer.

I like coming to this place. The vegetables are wonderful and just what I need. The music is nice and not loud at all, very enjoyable and upbeat, made me want to dance. And did you know you get a free bowl on your birthday when you join the reward club. Yes, that's right. No wonder so many people come here.

Teriyaki Madness offers one of the most unappetizing bowls I have ever tasted. This commercial Asian fusion fast food lacks flavor and carries a slight soapy taste. I felt a deep sense of disappointment because the presentation of the dishes is visually appealing. As soon as we returned home to enjoy our chicken and steak bowls, I instantly felt nauseated. The rice was mushy, the meat was chewy, and the sauce was tasteless. My candid opinion is to avoid dining here. The positive feedback must be from bots or locals who have never experienced authentic teriyaki bowls. Even my dogs turned their noses up at my leftovers.

This place is the absolute slowest place I’ve ever been to in my life. You might want to order ahead by an hour if you want your food on time, they are extremely slow talking to one another, not paying attention to their customers. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Great Food! But it's the slowest operation i've seen in awhile. This place makes Wendy's look fast. 25+ minutes for some orange chicken. It's not the only time either, it's been slow every time i've come here. I'm to the point where i'm hesitant to stop here, I just don't have that kind of time. Not much madness about it, it's a pretty low energy place. Everybody is nice and pleasant, just kind of not really into it. But, food is great, order ahead!!!!

I actually haven’t tried the food yet to be completely honest. But the young man that is working the front counter (Troy) is doing a fantastic job. Friendly, and his customer service is immaculate. It is always a pleasure seeing and receiving great service. Thank you Troy.

Great staff. Very helpful and engaging. The food is good Asian takeout, exactly what we were looking for. It's not fine dining or anything other than what it claims to be, but what they do they do very well.

I'm not someone to leave reviews but I can't get over this. I walked in at about 5-5:10pm, ordered there, there was no one else in there at the time. The girl took my order and told me 10 minutes, well that 10 minutes turned into over 30, where the lady in the back said well the chicken breast take longer.. I'm sorry but when people who ordered after me got their order before me, that has nothing to do with the chicken, they forgot, especially for how small this chicken breast is it wouldn't take that long. I've gotten chicken meals quicker at sit down restaurants then I did here... I was so excited to try this place finally and I won't be back.

Waited over 20 mins for a meal. When asked how much longer order will take the cashier gave a long spill on why the person got an order before me when they ordered after instead of just updating me on my order. I explained I was on lunch and wanted to make sure I’d have enough time to eat. I still waited an additional almost 10 mins. The service at this establishment is extremely slow. Lastly upon eating meal the white sauce they charged for wasn’t give and I wasn’t able to enjoy my due to it being dry without the sauce.

Bad experience! first time customer. Went in to pick up an order, employee became quite opinionated and confrontational about a shirt I was wearing supporting my preferred team. rude! Unnecessary! Not worth trying the meal. Will not go there again

Great experience had an issue with my order and they guided me through it. Been here twice and am definitely gonna come more often with the wife.
