My boyfriend and I visited Texas Roadhouse tonight around 7pm and it was honestly so delightful! Our server, Gem, was absolutely amazing!!! She was sweet and funny, and really made the dinner experience relaxing! :) 10/10 and I would definitely recommend the chicken critters! (A slightly basic choice I'll admit but they're honestly soooo good!! Crispy, juicy, and a really nicely seasoned breading!) Loved and annoyed our visit so much, we will be returning without a doubt!

We go here every so often. Since only 2 of us, we like to sit in the bar area. It is loud, so better to sit next to each other, and bar staff have always been excellent. Of course love the cactus blossom, salads are good, filet and ? (whatever cut he decides to eat...lol) so a great, typical steakhouse atmosphere and food.

Went there for Veterans Day voucher, loved that they checked for ID prior to just giving it out. While it can be a litter frustrating to present ID, this stolen valor crap is a real thing.

Appetizer onion was the best part of meal. Got combo Riley steak and ribs. Had to send ribs back. They were dry and on the burnt side. Ordered shrimp as replacement and they were good. Took my steak home although it was grisly and fat. Worse steak I ever had. It was impossible to chew. I threw it out. Our waitress Gem, was a gem.

Service and atmosphere was awesome as always. The food, however, for the first time, was not so great.The ribs and chicken that I had was a little cool, two of five others that were with me ribs , was cold. They requested new ribs and their ribs were taken and reheat it and return to the table. The manager was in the area and stopped by one of the person in the party and the rib situation was explained.He checked into it , apologized and removed the two ribs from the bill.
Good place to eat my son loves it . I think it's good aswell.

We have gone to this location several times, and we usually have a good experience. Today I took my mom to celebrate her birthday, and she arrived before I did. She doesn’t speak English very well, but she communicates fine with basic things and asked for a table for two. There were four girls in the host area, and they were pretty rude because they “didn’t understand her.” They made whispered comments and laughed at her. When I arrived, I went straight to them to find out why they were treating her like that and they immediately said, “Table for 2?” so it wasn’t that hard to understand her, then? The mocking was completely unnecessary, especially in a place where people speak different languages and have different accents. We’re not the type of people to make a scene in restaurants, but other people would, and hopefully they learn to be more professional or maybe customer service just isn’t for them. The one who took us to the table put the bread down and literally ran off because she knew what they had done was wrong and stupid. Aside from that, our server was excellent, food was good and the manager was respectful when I told her what had happened.

I have had better service at this restaurant. I'm not sure if the waitress was new. We had to continuously ask her for things, she had to fix the checks a couple of times because some items were on the wrong check. The upside is the food was great as always. I ordered the steak with a baked potato. I had a Margarita. I will most definitely be going back. This is my favorite restaurant.
