Best steak I've had in a VERY long time. Ordered online and picked my food up at the window. No wait l. Food was great. Customer service was ok
Busy restaurant but the service was great! We were seated within minutes of coming in and the server was outstanding...friendly as well as attentive. The food was served hot and was delicious. My only knock was the potato skins were slightly overcooked. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I had our first visit to Texas Roadhouse in Wake Forest, NC. It was a Monday evening and it was packed. Our wait time was about 10 minutes. They moved the line, for seating, like a well oiled machine. It's a huge team of servants working together.
Our waiter was Justin. He was very professional and helpful to our choices. He constantly checked on us and every table he served. We acknowledged his professionalism with management. We were told if we returned, we can request to sit in his section.
We ate grilled herb chicken, sweet potato, and a house salad. Everything was great. They forgot my sauteed mushroom, apologized and provided me with a complimentry portion. The salad was fresh and the chicken was flavorful. Our appetizer was potato skins. We didn't care for it. It was dry. The honey butter rolls are hot and extremely contagious.
We will return.

Kid-friendliness: Don’t bother telling them it’s your kids birthday, because they’ll sing to other people and then tell YOU they don’t do the free birthday thing anymore. 🤷♀️

The food was good. My wife's steak wasn't cooked the way she ordered it (over cooked), but she ate it anyway.

I had the 6oz sirloin with a caesar salad and loaded baked potato. The steak was definitely cut to maybe 5.9999 oz. It was small but flavorful. The salad was fresh and the baked potato was delicious. Real bacon bits too. So we celebrated a birthday there and everyone enjoyed their meal. They do not have complimentary dessert but they are really good at embarrassing folks with a extra loud birthday song. No complaints at all on the burger’s, chicken, ribeye and the blooming onion was amazing. Our service was excellent and though it was packed - Saturday lunch - the timing of everything went smoothly. The prices were right too. We will be back.

I already had a favorable view of Texas Roadhouse, but a recent experience took it to the next level.
Following a funeral, a group of friends wanted to plan a luncheon for family and our closest friends after the service. After one of our group explained the situation and what was happening, this location's management were gracious enough to provide food for at least 30 hungry people - pork, chicken, salad, and an ample supply of those delicious rolls with honey butter. When it was time to settle up, they refused payment, saying we could have it all on the house.
While this was certainly a pleasant surprise, their generosity was above and beyond what we'd expected when we first reached out. I'd had pleasant experiences at Roadhouse a handful of times before, but this latest experience is enough for me to highly recommend them to all.
I did not get the names or contact info for whoever was behind this kind gesture, though I do know the food came from the Wake Forest location. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for showing us such kindness and generosity during these difficult times. It will not be soon forgotten.

Texas did not do wrong on this pork chop dinner for four. It’s tender and seasoned well. I always get the ribs, but I decided to try something different. I’m glad I did!! And yes, I’m a big fan of that honey butter they give you for those rolls!! See attached picture!!

I've been to a couple texas roadhouses and this was my least favorite.
The burgers aren't very good. None of us ate more than half.
The blooming onion was very good. The best I've had.
