If you are looking for fun, this is the place. We had a large group but the staff was very helpful in accommodating our group. The food was great, the service was excellent. My one caution is that it is VERY loud. This makes it a little difficult to converse and was a little much for the grandparents in our group.For the food: it was all fine, roughly on par with other restaurants of a similar price range and vibe. My favorite thing was actually the house salad (and I am not a huge salad lover) . The ranch dressing was delicious and they had these bay tomatoes — smaller than cherry or grape tomatoes but SO flavorful. It was a really good salad.

I came in to get 4 steak played to go. I ordered and went back 45 minutes later to see if it was ready and they couldn't find it because the girl that took my order didn't put it into the computer so I waited another 45 minutes. Also the employees working take out were not very friendly or did they look like they enjoyed their job. So I'm total all I waited 1 1/2 hours for my food and all I got for waiting was a free appetizer on my next visit. This place sucks and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Poor management all the way.
There is nothing on the menu I don't like. Very busy location, so get there early. Some of the servers are amazing, some not so much, but the food makes the experience.

The waitress for me and my friends called me “more than autistic” as I was about to eat the fat section of my steak(which was incorrectly cooked, and served lukewarm) as someone with an originally poor family who ate steak once or less a year, I don’t waste food(which is why I didn’t send my bad steak back). The waitress also had an impolite manner and hen talking in general. Less than one star.

Horrible just horrible. The wait time was suppose to be 60 minutes but when I receive a message my table was ready we had to wait another 25-30 minutes in the inside standing. My onion blossom tasted as if they dump salt in the batter. The rolls was over cooked & hard(disappointment because I went for the rolls). My Mac & cheese tasted like noodles & butter and when I complain about it the manger stated “ I try to tell all my customers do not order the Mac & cheese”. My husband & I food was cold & once again they went heavy on the salt, his potato was drowning in butter & salt, it was high blood pressure on a plate. The manger however was very kind about it & she suggested something better on the menu, though my husband decline because his appetite was already ruin. We then had to wait to pay because the systems was down, after waiting we was offered to pay in cash. Once we paid I received a hot fresh cheeseburger & greasy salty fries. The Overall failure of the night is when we seen a cook walk out the bathroom, into the kitchen digging in the back of her pants scratching something with no gloves, just bare hands. She had no shamed, I’m certain others around me seen it. My seat was right across from the kitchen near the restroom. Lastly the little food my husband did eat, he suffered from stomach pain the next day. Just stay away.

The salad was good, the rolls were good. When I opened the container for the entree, it did not have the half slab of ribs. I discovered this near closing time. I called the restaurant and told someone what happened. The person asked if I wanted to speak to the manager or a member of the takeout team. I said either one. It was somewhere around 10:58 or 10:59 pm when I made the call. After holding for ten minutes, I gave up. The mixed vegetables and sweet potatoes were good. My lady gave me one of her pork chops. It was slightly rough yet still tasty. At this time, it's questionable to doubtful if I will ever go back. Next time I get takeout from anywhere, I guess I have to check every container.
So I went to Texas Roadhouse tonight at 7:00 and the hostess outside was rude . I tired to give her my name to get on the wait list and. 4 times she ignored me and took 4 different parties . Why cause I was a party of 2 ? I will never come here again . After that I left and went to ale house . She did me a favor

I mean, its a Texas Roadhouse chain. The service was amazing.The cactus blossom thingy was really good. Really everything was really good and they were slammed. Kudos to you guys.Parking: You may have to park at Sams during the busy hour.
