Atmosphere was really great & service was excellent. Wide variety of food choices on menu. Everything we ordered was delicious. Will definitely go back.
The food tastes really good and prices are pretty reasonable. I like that they can adjust level of spiciness. Martinis are tasty and generous. Coconut cake is our favorite.

This has been one of my family’s favorite spots for years; however, in recent years the food quality has changed and definitely isnt as good as before. Still good and decent service though.

Pros: Food was prepared quickly, still hot when we made it back home (take-out order), and the vegetables were fresh.
Cons: Flavor is lacking and overall tasted bland. It is missing the sweet, savory, umami flavors that make Thai food unique. We were very disappointed. Although it is the closest Thai restaurant, we will not be returning.
I was visiting my family in town and wanted thai for dinner at home, Thai Cafe did not disappoint!! The Crab Angels are the best crab rangoons l've ever had, hands down - and I have eaten at several thai and sushi places in Charlotte! Everything was also fresh and ready to go when I ordered late on a Sunday night which I appreciate. The Tokyo Double sushi roll was also incredibly delicious, again of the best l've had. The Chicken Pad Thai was also yummy.
Will be back next time I'm in town!

Food is very good, sometimes if you ask for mild it is still quite spicy. I have also requested extra broccoli and noodles in the past and paid extra then got home and saw another meal was the same without anything extra. Not gonna take off any star maybe was an isolated incident.

My wife and I ate here twice and both times the food was outstanding! I had the Penang chicken my wife had the rice noodles with shrimp and some kind of peanuts and sauce. The potstickers were Amazing also along with the dipping sauce.

Service and food were outstanding. Food came out in a timely manner. The choices on how spicy you wanted the entree were excellent. Our waiter was amazing, polite, kind and very personable.

Went for lunch and ordered off the lunch menu. My meal came and when we got the bill they had billed me for the dinner portion when I specifically ordered off the lunch menu. When I asked about it, she told me that I should have complained before I ate it. The management was not professional and to be honest, I will not eat there ever again. Food used to be good and a fun place to go but management has no idea how to run a restaurant.
This used to be a great value. Good food with reasonable prices. Not anymore. They keep raising the prices while lowering the quality of their product. Don't expect tomato with your salad. They got rid of them. Same applies for the guacamole with the entrees. I don't know about you but I'm tired of restaurants trying to make up the business they lost during Covid by charging us exorbitant prices.
Please, for the love of all the is holy, try the drunken noodles.
