The Burger Bar by Wegmans

You need a better system for allergy control. I went to Medford location today (and have been there a handful of time before) ordered my hamburger with lettuce only on a gluten free bun. My beeper went off and I went to pick up my food which was the I assumed was the only burger in the "expo window". I asked if this was my gluten free burger, to no response so I asked again. The Burger Bar used to be great, but has definately gone downhill. A visit before a Saturday night shopping trip was less than fulfilling. The organization and layout is chaotic, the order line is right by the front door, and even a moderate amount of traffic blocks the entrance from others exiting or who have pickup order, and requires people standing in line to sometimes leave the doors open or to stand out in the cold.
