A few times my orders have been made wrong or sloppy but for the most part it's great. My problem is that if I order online my bag NEVER COMES WITH A RECEIPT! I've been able to call a few times and get my barcode number for the points to be added but most times when I call there is never an answer even when I let it ring for two minutes.... I've called today like 7 times all at different times because I get lunch time rush and I'm sure it gets busy but man! If you all could please just double check that the receipts are in the bags especially if it's put in the notes of our orders. Please and thank you

The service was fantastic!!! I have a background in food service and I was very disappointed that they didn’t accept cash tips. I remember that used to be my gas money. Would be great if they had that, so often the tips we leave on our credit cards doesn’t find the way back to the staff.

Drink was too thin, light fruit flavoring even after I payed for EXTRA MANGO…everyone in the store seemed to not understand what I meant by it’s too thin, I tasted more flavor ice, than fruit flavoring at which I payed EXTRA FOR. I could get better service at an Italian Ice stand.

I had chia banana boost during my most recent visit, but I tasted more shaved ice than their actual ingredients possibly because of shrinkflation. What a disappointment...it used to be a really good smoothie...

My most recent visit was disappointing. While the associate was friendly, I expect my order to be prepared correctly. I ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich, but it wasn’t warmed through, was missing the ranch (which is the main condiment), and it wasn’t even cut in half. I also had to request a new smoothie because the one I was given tasted like pure ice. On top of that, they didn’t have any barbecue chips—which seems to be an ongoing issue at most locations. I understand it was early in the morning, but with no other customers in the store, there really shouldn't have been that many mistakes.

First off, I am pregnant….I went in today to pick up an Uber eats order and my interaction with one employee was very unpleasant. For the entire conversation and interaction I was treated like an inconvenience or like I ruined her day. On top of her not knowing what order I had based off the name I gave her and making me read the order out loud, to not even passing me the order. By the end of the interaction I just walked out and canceled the order because it wasn’t worth having her negative energy transfer over to me and my unborn baby. No one deserves that kind of treatment no matter how bad your day is going. I still wish her the best :)

Do not order delivery from this location. Every single time we order they leave out something. Almost always forget a side and several times they have not sent our smoothies. Then they don’t answer the phone when you call to try and resolve the issue.

I’ve patronized this store five days a week for 2.5 years now. Yesterday was my last disappointed visit as I will never return. Throughout this time, I’ve seen that this store has suffered bad management /inventory as they run out of cups, trays and ingredients often. Many of mornings I volunteered to turn on the open sign for them ??♂️ as I walked out.
I ordered via the app and arrived to a locked door and no staff. My money was not reversed as of this morning nor have I been contacted with an apology. Good riddance.
