A few times my orders have been made wrong or sloppy but for the most part it's great. My problem is that if I order online my bag NEVER COMES WITH A RECEIPT! I've been able to call a few times and get my barcode number for the points to be added but most times when I call there is never an answer even when I let it ring for two minutes.... I've called today like 7 times all at different times because I get lunch time rush and I'm sure it gets busy but man!...

The service was fantastic!!! I have a background in food service and I was very disappointed that they didn’t accept cash tips. I remember that used to be my gas money. Would be great if they had that, so often the tips we leave on our credit cards doesn’t find the way back to the staff.

Made a mobile order for a takeout purchase. Purchased two wraps and they weren’t labeled at all nor were they cut so you can easily see what’s included. Ordered a southwest wrap with no protein. To my surprise there was chicken in my wrap. Very disheartening as I’m pescatarian. They did a good job with the smoothies. But they don’t take time to read orders or ensure customer satisfaction.
