Hard sandwich and rude staff. Wouldn’t give me the honey mustard I ordered because she forgot to charge me. I ordered one per meal and we all said it. So heads up, I guess remind them to charge you?

I placed a mobile order for the drive thru and it took one hour for one meal! People who ordered over the speaker were getting their food before me as well. The manager had absolutely no customer service skills and was just plain hard to understand, so after waiting and hour when I finally received my food he had an attitude with me as if I did something wrong. One I had finally gotten my food it was wrong and cold. The WORST restaurant experience I’ve ever had!!!

The place is a dive and always check your bags before leaving the store.Sadly all Wendy's restaurants have really fallen throughout the years.

Went through the drive through to get two biggie bags and an order of buffalo nuggets. I was the only one in line. Pulled up and paid for my order and the manager directed me to pull into a parking space. I told him this place routinely screws up my order and I don’t want to pull forward. He said he just out the nuggets in the fryer and said there was another car but you couldn’t see one. 10 minutes later the guy that dropped off the food just smoked a ton of weed because I was worried if I had to go through a license check I would get searched. Order was all jacked up with spicy nuggets my kids won’t eat, the wrong sauces and those freshly dropped buffalo nuggets were ice cold. I guess that manager is more concerned with falsifying his drive through times than he is with customer service and order accuracy. There is no way he can’t smell that worker that has a pound of marijuana on him.

This the worst Wendy’s of all time, and it’s all thanks to that manager Tim. He serves cold food if you come there at night which the radio advertises they’re open till 12, so what’s the issue? Come in an hour before close and you’ll get a meal shoved in your bag that was probably made at 8:15 pm. Hey fam, I got sick several times coming here, so this ain’t speculation. Tim has an evil Mr Rogers way of getting you out the door before you can notice the line cook muttered an exploitive at you, or that your order is completely wrong. Good ole Tim has been serving black women cold chicken with a sweet southern smile since covid hit and probably before that! And don’t complain because every employee there will hit you with excuses like: “I only work days, so i’ve never seen Tim in my life” or the classic “I’m new and i’m not the manager so I can’t give out a coupon.” They’re playing stupid, and Tim is playing nice even though it’s quite obvious he hates every customer’s guts. WE DESERVE BETTER, how is Wake County this busy now and still has a Wendy’s this bad?
