I have noticed a few times that they do not give you change back after looking at my receipt they put in the exact amount instead of the amount I gave them

The man serving me was very rude and unstable. I asked who he was; it was the manager Mark. I will never be back to this location. I may never go back to Wendy's.

Hosted Lobby

Absolutely terrible service. Spoke with another customer while waiting in line for 25 minutes and he said they’ve done this before and he thought it was just a fluke. Took one order at a time then went and prepared it served it and then and only then did they take the next customers order.

No exaggeration 25 minutes to take 4 people’s orders that were one person per order. Will never ever come back here. In all my years I’ve never been mad enough to leave a bad review but here we are so thanks Wendy’s of wake forest for nothing.

Edit I forgot to add they didn’t give me or offer me my change back. Only $.30 but still it’s the point. Absolutely terrible.

I prefer this location compared to the other Wake Forest Wendy's, as the service is faster and my order is usually correct. My only complaint is that they often forget straws and condiments/sauces

The food here is fine - if you can get it. Twice now, I've ordered delivery, and an employee gave someone else's order to the driver. Food that I cannot eat. The employees and the management need to get their act together!

Hands me drinks tells me to pull forward and wait. I ask, Can i get straws please? Oh they will be in the bag. Pull forward, employee brings out food and dont have the straws needed. Have to park the car with my kids in a hurry to come in and get straws.

There's a 50/50 chance you get the correct order. Just ordered a baconator double and received a normal double hamburger. I don't eat here often but mistakes like this are getting old.
