OK, so I went here trying to get some chicken fingers, and apparently the high schoolers here have spread a rumor about me having a mental illness. I’m not mad about that I’ve gotten used to it. I’m mad about the fact that this 5 foot five Zaxby’s manager who looks like one of the hodge twins tried to flex on me and protect the staff like I’m a threat. Like bro, I literally didn’t do anything wrong. I’m just trying to get some food. Yet because of the high schoolers in town. I’m now treated like a threat by everyone in the Raleigh Durham area. If i come back please somt treat me like I’m a threat I’m a normal person who is having a rumor spread about him. And yes, I have moments or weakness. But it doesn’t mean I should be made fun of the to the point where I have to move out of my home city because of a rumor.

Avoid this location during dinner time. This location has fell off so badly, and to make things worse, the owners of the franchise don’t care. The food being served is always sitting out and not fresh. My fries look old and stale. The chicken tenders smell incredibly “fishy/gamy” Zaxbys used to be my go-to, but unfortunately this location has gone downhill. Thank god for Cookout opening up right down the street!

First time getting wings at Zaxby's and I really liked them.
I ordered ahead. The process worked fine and the order was brought out almost immediately after parking. The wings were really good, better than I expected. The garlic aoli sauce was amazing.

The food was amazing! Very hot and fresh. The girl who took my order was super sweet. I wish I got her name. And she had my food out to me so quickly. Love this place!

The idiot behind the counter had me scan my coupon for free chicken strips then couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. Didn't get a manager didn't ask for help just said oh well.

This is the worst zaxbys ever! Every time I come here my food is never fresh but I always have to pull to the cone.. I wont be coming back.

Male that was the cashier in the front was very rude. He lacks any knowledge of customer service. I wish I would’ve gotten his name. Normally when we go to this Zaxby’s the service is good but not tonight. I guess someone pissed in his cornflakes. Oh and I tried to call the store but a recording said the phone was not in service…well neither was your staff.
