The food is great and there are many options to choose from on their menu. The owner, Ergi Lekaj is super friendly and we enjoy our visits with him and the staff. We highly recommend the Walkertown Cagney’s location.
I ordered the Cagney's Club, which has turkey & ham. What I got was a hamburger on toasted bread! It was a carryout order, so I called the restaurant, & they offered the manager, but the manager wouldn't take the call. Instead, they said they'd make it again. So, I drive back out to get my food, & the sandwich co es with fries. I made a point to say "with fries". They took the wrong food, fixed the sandwich, & left out the fries!! They weren't even busy!! While my family and I have visited Cagney’s in Walkertown numerous times, and have spoken very highly of them on our trip there last night we experienced a racial incident. It was very upsetting because regardless of how good our money is we were treated very unfairly. My daughter who is 2 years old was watching a movie on the phone.
