Cagney's Kitchen - Walkertown

I ordered the Cagney's Club, which has turkey & ham. What I got was a hamburger on toasted bread! It was a carryout order, so I called the restaurant, & they offered the manager, but the manager wouldn't take the call. Instead, they said they'd make it again. So, I drive back out to get my food, & the sandwich co es with fries. I made a point to say "with fries". They took the wrong food, fixed the sandwich, & left out the fries!! They weren't even busy!! I get we are human & can make mistakes, but for the manager to be so lazy about it; I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that wants what they order. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & EXTREMELY POOR ACCURACY!!!

I generally always order online for convenience. When I first started eating here the food was great, but in the last few months its seemed go down in quality. My order usually has something missing from it or wrong with it. Very disappointing since this use to be a go to for me.

Be warned this place, as well as most other crappy, greedy restaurants, are charging an extra 30% per item on doordash, grubhub etc. To have it delivered. Scummy business practice and ensures I'll never eat at this location again or any other Cagneys.

Food was decent, service was good and atmosphere typical of a family style restaurant. I had the Cagney's club with potato salad. The sandwich was good...I didn't care for the potato salad.

Consistently good food and service. Banana pudding is delicious! If you get cold easily, bring a sweater or light jacket as it can get a bit chilly.

This is my go to place but I have noticed the food quantity has severely decreased. They like everyone went up on prices which I understand but the last two to three times I have went for takeout it’s been bad. If you get takeout they have cut their food portions and you don’t see it till your home and ready to eat. My son and I love the Baked Chicken with rice and we always get Fried Okra and this time I couldn’t let it go unnoticed. Hardly any rice with the Chicken but the Okra was worth a mention. I counted it and it was like 9 lil pieces. Food was good as always but this was ridiculous and reminder 2nd to 3rd time it’s been this way. Check your boxes!

I love everything about this place. Wonderful customer service delicious food one of my Absolute favorite beef strips with mashed potato, never disappoint, white pizza and pancakes. Highly recommend.
