I got a chicken tender tray with a quesadilla & a walking taco. My “chicken tenders” barely had any chicken in them. My quesadilla was fine but the chips in my walking taco were so stale I couldn’t eat it.

On multiple occasions the late night crew is careless and disrespectful. There weren't that many cars. We have been given an empty tray and they laughed about it when I requested my money back.

Rude workers on the evening of 4/4/24. Poor service. I was also overcharged, $2 more than normal for a jr tray.If you are African American, expect especially poor service from the younger workers after 9pm. I recommend going to the Kernersville location to avoid being overcharged and the rude staff. I went to the Kernersville location later and they were fantastic.

I've eaten Cook Out all across local Virginia and NC and never ever had Cook Out that was as good as my visit today. I purchased a chicken strip tray, and the strips were so hot and delicious, the breading was falling off. The cheese bites and hush puppies were so good. Cheerwine was delicious as well.I highly recommend this new establishment.Note: They're working on a car wash next door to Cook Out, and some of the machinery will make it slightly awkward to get to the drive-thru

Very new and well built cookout. Staff are very polite and well mannered. First time I got the walking taco off the menu and it was only taco meat, cheese and lettuce sour cream in a little Doritos chip bag but it was a pleasant surprise and very delicious. I will recommend to everyone to visit this cookout as It is one of the best around Winston. 10/10
Cajun seasoning is standard with fries. It says “Cajun Seasoned Fries” I even slowed my words when ordering because this tends to happen often. Food is always great, just put seasoning on them.
