I order delivery from this Walkertown Domino’s about once a week for the family. Every order is fast, fresh, and delicious.
Last week, I made the mistake of ordering delivery from another pizza chain (P.H.), also in Walkertown. That other store messed my order, only delivered half of it, and never made it right despite charging me for the entire order.
So it was back to Domino’s today and my large order was perfect as usual. They forgot to cut one of my pizzas, but that’s okay, we had a laugh about it. Each pizza was different with unique toppings and sauces, and was just how I ordered it. Even the gluten free pizza for my celiac son was correct and delicious.
And other note, my orders are always so fast and fresh, it’s still piping hot. Way to go, keep doing what you’re doing!

My family does a lot of pizza nights. Whether we pick it up or have it delivered, this Domino's is always awesome! Friendly workers, the wait time is never a crazy amount of time either. If for some reason my order wasn't right they offer to bring it then or if I want to wait for another night. Food is always hot and fresh!! If I could is give you a 10 but it only goes to 5? Order two pizzas plus other stuff. I knew they would be busy on the 4th i walked in paid for my order and then an hour later still no food. They asked me 3 times for my name. Finally i said just give me a refund and they did. The manager said she would send me a coupon for a free pizza. I have never had an issue at this store.

Poor service! I arrived during my ETA window, the app says my order is done! Should have waited to hit the I’m here button so I’d have gotten the free pizza cuz after waiting more than 5 minutes and seeing the delivery driver take off and someone else looking for a different car I go in to see what’s going on, I have things I need to get to and holding up on this pizza order wasn’t part of my day. I go in and it’s not in fact ready because the bottom oven isn’t working and though my order is priority (when everyone else is done) it’s not ready yet. Couldn’t give me a time as how much longer it would take just excuses about the bottom oven and then when it is finally ready, brings it out to me throws on extra stuff that I didn’t ask for you have no idea that my kid is allergic to cinnamon and you’ve contaminated my entire order so thank you so much for that soda that I added didn’t get got sprite asked for Fanta not at all the same. It’s not that hard to quality. Check your stuff if there’s an issue with equipment call let your customer know. Hey, did you wanna keep this on or it’s gonna be a little longer? Sorry we hit that complete button too soon my mistake, don’t try to fix it on your

Everytime I get something at the Walkertown store I am impressed!!! I will put this team up against the best. I ordered a pan steak&cheese w/xtra steak, onions, jalapeños, American & mozzarella cheese. A PERFECT PIE!!

Domino's ingredients and food is always good. That's why we keep coming back. When ordering online they still get it wrong. When you mention something to them about making sure this ingredient's on there or dipping sauce is there, they still get it wrong. I mentioned a mistake that is common and they just giggled and say that happens a lot. Why does it happen a lot Is the question that should be answered and fixed. You pay 100% for a service and you receive 70%.
