This place is an absolute joke. Do not waste your time. The first time we ordered from here it was alright. We have tried 3 additional times and never even gotten our food. We keep trying thinking it's a fluke situation, but here we are. Told a time to pick it up when we call, tried the app and go there when it says it's ready. Every time they haven't even started our food. The staff is very unfriendly as well. Once you point out the imperfections they immediately get defensive and start acting like you have done something wrong. I'd rather go to Cici's pizza than deal with this place and that's saying something. Hopefully this helps some of you not have the same experience

Let me just start off by saying I love small business owners you get great food, but this establishment is absolutely terrible! They cannot get their orders, correct! The staff is super unfriendly! they have a mobile app that does not work a.k.a. slice of life. The food is poorly made or not made at all when you arrive. I don't usually leave reviews, but this one I had to be cautious of this establishment sorry this is a star for me as it has happened to me multiple times.

This is so close to our home. We really really wanted it to be good. It would be a great neighborhood asset. It's passable but inconsistent. I layed off for a time because when I got home we found the pizza I had ordered for family and guests was burned. but I went back months later. ( we really want them to succeed...and be good). It's ok. I know that's hardly a ringing rave endorsement but I can't go above that. The salads are unappealing, mostly iceberg lettuce and yellow peppers. The staff doesnt seem knowledgeable enough about the menu to offer recommendations or explain the dishes It has/had the potential to be a nice family go to hang out. How wrong can you go with pizza and subs right? We still stop in every once in awhile to see if they have improved. We need a good restaurant in our area.

Maybe it was just an off day but our garlic bread didn't taste like anything I recognized. Nobody in our party ate it. The veal piccata should have been browned more. Our best choice was the margherita pizza.

We always enjoy the food here. The waitresses are pleasant and fast to bring your food. We have not had any bad experiences at all.
Always have great food and servers wish all of the Elizabeth’s were this good I’d go to way more if so but luckily this is somewhat close to my house so I get the pleasure of consistent good

Worst customer service of all time. The lady that took our order told us we were lying about our order, asked to speak with a manager and no help. Save your money and go elsewhere. If you eat in every thing smells like bleach. Will never go back.
